While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the
land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verb "abduct" than the verb "detain," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.

Hundreds injured in an Israeli cyber attack on the Pager wireless devices, in Lebanon

BEIRUT, September 17, 2024 (WAFA) –

A major security incident struck southern Beirut and several regions across Lebanon this evening, according to Lebanese National News Agency. The incident involved a series of explosions from wireless communication devices, resulting in hundreds of injuries.

('Hizbullah announced that it was an Israeli cyber attack, as reported by Al-Mayadeen TV).

Reports indicate that advanced technology was used in the targeting of these devices, causing severe injuries among the local population. The explosions affected multiple areas, including southern Lebanon and the southern suburbs of Beirut.

Reuters reported a grim scene with numerous Lebanese bleeding in the streets of the southern suburbs. The French Press Agency highlighted that local hospitals are overwhelmed by the surge of injured individuals, prompting urgent calls for blood donations.

In response to the crisis, the Lebanese Ministry of Health has instructed hospitals in affected areas to fully mobilize and enhance their emergency preparedness to handle the critical situation.

The Ministry confirmed that the injuries are linked to the explosions of wireless communication devices carried by the affected individuals.

Prime Minister Najib Mikati was informed of the incident during a Cabinet session and promptly requested the Health Minister to leave the meeting to oversee the response and treatment efforts.

The UN Special Rapporteur on the Right to Health, Tlaleng Mofokeng says we have witnessed the horror of genocide in Gaza since last October

Tuesday 17-September-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

The UN Special Rapporteur on the Right to Health, Tlaleng Mofokeng, said “We have witnessed the horror of genocide in Gaza since the beginning of the Israeli aggression on October 7.”

This came in a joint press conference held by Mofokeng with other UN rapporteurs on Monday, on the situation in Gaza and the occupied Palestinian territories, as part of the 57th session of the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva, Switzerland.

Mofokeng added that Gaza has been witnessing a genocide for 11 months perpetrated by the Israeli occupation army, noting that the attacks on hospitals and health sector workers have reached an unprecedented level, pointing to the complete destruction of the health infrastructure in Gaza.

She reported that only 17 out of 36 hospitals in Gaza are partially functioning, noting that Israel continues to violate international law by launching attacks on civilians, children, and health workers.

For his part, the UN Special Rapporteur on International Order, George Katrougalos, said what is happening in the Palestinian territories is “a public catastrophe for everyone.”

He added that this catastrophe and tragedy is not confined to Palestinians alone, but it is directly linked to the future of multilateralism and the UN standards.

Katougalos called for immediate recognition of the State of Palestine, and for all countries to exert pressure to stop the ongoing war in Gaza.

UN Rapporteur on safe drinking water and sanitation, Pedro Araujo-Agudo, says water pollution in Gaza is a silent bomb whose impact is greater than those that destroy buildings

Tuesday 17-September-2024

NEW YORK, (PIC)

The UN Special Rapporteur on safe drinking water and sanitation, Pedro Araujo-Agudo, said on Monday, “each individual in the Gaza Strip receives only about 4.7 liters of water per day.”

Agudo added that “Israel prevents the entry of about 70 percent of the materials needed to purify water in Gaza”, stressing that water pollution in Gaza is “a silent bomb whose impact is greater than those that destroy buildings.”

On Sunday, the Water Authority (affiliated with the Palestinian Authority) announced accomplishing the entry and distribution of 37,000 liters of fuel needed to continue operating several water wells in the Gaza and North Gaza governorates.

The Authority explained that “the fuel will be distributed to 41 water facilities, including 37 wells and four sewage pumps.”

UNRWA: Sanitary conditions in Gaza worsening by the day

Tuesday 17-September-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

UNRWA has warned that disease-spreading insects and rodents are threatening people’s health and well-being in the war-torn Gaza Strip.

“Sanitary conditions in Gaza are worsening by the day. Insects and rodents can spread diseases, threatening people’s health and well-being,” UNRWA said in a post on X on Tuesday.

“UNRWA teams are working to help displaced families in shelters stop them from invading people’s already crammed living spaces,” it added.

On Monday, UN secretary-general Antonio Guterres lashed out at Israel’s handling of its war in the devastated Gaza Strip, now almost in its second year.

“It is unimaginable, the level of suffering in Gaza, the level of deaths and destruction have no parallel in everything I’ve witnessed since becoming secretary-general,” Guterres told Agence France-Presse (AFP).

“Nothing justifies the collective punishment of the Palestinian people, and that is what we are witnessing in a dramatic way in Gaza,” he added.

OCHA says that mass evacuation orders exacerbates the dire humanitarian situation of hundreds of thousands of Palestinians

NEW YORK, September, 17, 2024 (WAFA) –

The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) confirmed last night that "issuing mass evacuation orders in the Gaza Strip without ensuring safe places for the displaced exacerbates the already dire humanitarian situation of hundreds of thousands of people."

According to the official website of the OCHA office, UN spokesman Stephane Dujarric stated in a press conference that he found more than 55 valid evacuation orders covering more than 85% of the population of the Gaza Strip to date.

Dujarric pointed out that the repeated displacements lead to the separation of families from each other, and the erosion of social protection systems, especially for women and children.

Regarding the arrival of humanitarian missions to northern Gaza, the UN spokesman stated that only 37 humanitarian missions arrived during the first two weeks of this month out of 94 planned, and in southern Gaza only 50% of 243 coordinated humanitarian missions were facilitated.

Dujarric warned that the OCHA office had been unable to reach northern Gaza for 28 days, and that aid convoys were being shot at, subjected to life-threatening conditions, and stopped or delayed for hours.
