While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the
land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verb "abduct" than the verb "detain," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.

Amidst the rubble: The story of Sanad and his mother Shawq, a baby's struggle for life in Gaza, due to his mother's exposure to Israeli bombing toxic fumes, during her pregnancy

Anadolu Agency, GAZA, September 15, 2024 (WAFA) —

In the heart of Gaza, where the echoes of war have become a painful melody of survival, a heartbreaking story unfolds in a small hospital room. Shawq 'Ayyad, a mother in her thirties, watches helplessly as her infant son, Sanad, fights a desperate battle against a severe medical condition triggered by the relentless Israeli aggression that has plagued the region for over a year.

The unseen battle

Shawq 'Ayyad's pregnancy, which should have been a time of anticipation and joy, was overshadowed by the relentless bombardments and the harsh realities of war.

Living amidst the ceaseless violence and displacement, Shawq was exposed to toxic fumes from airstrikes and faced severe shortages of food and essential vitamins. These dire conditions took a toll on her health and, tragically, on the health of her unborn child.

When Sanad was born, his arrival was marred by the grim reality of his condition. Diagnosed with hydrocephalus, a serious condition characterized by the abnormal accumulation of cerebrospinal fluid in the brain, Sanad faces partial paralysis and significant sensory issues. The grim diagnosis came as a cruel reminder of the ongoing violence's far-reaching consequences.

A medical crisis

In Gaza's Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital, where Sanad’s plight is becoming increasingly dire, the infant lies connected to a myriad of medical devices. Despite several surgeries aimed at alleviating his condition, the limited medical resources in the region have been insufficient for his recovery.

Gaza’s healthcare system, already stretched thin, struggles to provide the specialized care that Sanad urgently needs.

Shawq recounts her harrowing experience to a reporter from Anadolu Agency. “During my pregnancy, the toxic gases from the bombings caused me severe breathing difficulties, which I believe impacted my baby,” she says, her voice breaking with anguish.

“Here in Gaza, my son has undergone numerous surgeries, but he desperately needs treatment beyond our borders—a treatment that is simply out of reach due to the ongoing blockade and war.”

A blockade of despair

The blockade imposed by Israel has further compounded the suffering of Gaza’s residents. The closure of the Rafah crossing and other vital supply routes has effectively trapped thousands in dire conditions.

For those like Sanad, who need specialized medical equipment and treatments unavailable locally, this blockade means a grim fate without access to necessary care.

Shawq highlights the critical shortages in Gaza, noting that her son requires feeding tubes, sterilization equipment, and other medical supplies that are simply not available. The situation is dire, with basic survival necessities becoming increasingly scarce.

A humanitarian crisis

The broader humanitarian crisis in Gaza affects thousands more. Recent statistics reveal that approximately 3,500 children face life-threatening conditions due to malnutrition, while around 10,000 cancer patients are in urgent need of treatment outside the region.

The continuous blockade and restriction on resources have exacerbated the suffering of the population, rendering basic healthcare and survival supplies alarmingly insufficient.

Since the outbreak of the Israeli offensive on October 7, 2023, Gaza has been cut off from essential services. The destruction of infrastructure, including the sole power plant, has led to widespread outages and a halt in critical supplies. The international aid reaching Gaza is limited, failing to meet the burgeoning needs of its inhabitants.

Hope amid despair

In the midst of this overwhelming adversity, Shawq clings to a fragile thread of hope. She yearns for a day when Sanad can receive the treatment he desperately needs. Her hope is not just for her child but for countless others who suffer in silence, waiting for a glimmer of relief in a land engulfed by conflict.

PGMO appeals to save displaced Gazans ahead of winter

Sunday 15-September-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

The Palestinian Government Media Office (PGMO) has issued an urgent humanitarian appeal to save about two million displaced people in the war-battered Gaza Strip before the winter season arrives.

“We are issuing an urgent humanitarian appeal to save two million displaced people in the Gaza Strip before it is too late, as winter approaches, weather conditions worsen, and the displaced people’s tents deteriorate,” GMO said in a statement on Saturday.

The statement noted that there are 543 shelter and displacement centers in the Strip due to the Israeli military’s “forced displacement of citizens through compelling them to evacuate their homes and safe residential neighborhoods, which is a violation of international law.”

According to its statement, 74 percent of the displaced people’s tents have become unusable, and 100,000 out of 135,000 tents need immediate replacement.

These tents are completely dilapidated as they are made of wood, nylon, and fabric and have deteriorated due to the sun’s heat and the climatic conditions in Gaza, so they are completely out of service, the statement added.

GMO urged the international community and its competent organizations to take urgent action to provide immediate relief to the displaced people in Gaza.

'Hamas: Recruiting African asylum seekers confirms the depth of the moral crisis in Israel

Sunday 15-September-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

'Hamas said that what has been revealed by Israeli media about the Israeli army recruiting “African asylum seekers” to fight in its ranks as mercenaries, “confirms the depth of the moral crisis in Israel.”

Haaretz newspaper revealed on Sunday that the Israeli army is blackmailing African asylum seekers by offering “the incentive of permanent residency status to asylum seekers who agree to participate in sometimes life-threatening military operations in Gaza.”

It added that the project is being implemented in an organized manner, under the guidance of the army’s legal advisors.

'Hamas added in a press release that this recruitment confirms the Israeli violation of the most basic rules of human rights, by exploiting the need of immigrants and asylum seekers, “to throw them into battles, in an attempt to compensate for the great loss in the ranks of its army in its genocide war on the Gaza Strip.”

'Hamas called on the international community and human rights institutions to condemn this crime, which reflects the “behavior of racist gangs”, and to take the necessary measures to hold the Israeli officials accountable for such violations of international and humanitarian laws.

According to Haaretz newspaper, there are currently about 30,000 African asylum seekers living in Israel, most of them are young people.

The Israeli newspaper quoted unnamed security sources as saying that the Israeli army used asylum seekers in dangerous missions in several military operations, some of which were published on the media.

Israel recruits African asylum seekers to fight in Gaza war in exchange for permanent residency

Sunday 15-September-2024

NAZARETH, (PIC)

The Haaretz Israeli newspaper reported that Israel is recruiting asylum seekers from Africa as mercenaries in its military operations in its genocide war on the Gaza Strip, in exchange for permanent residency.

The newspaper quoted Israeli security officials as saying that the Israeli occupation army is offering “the incentive of permanent residency status to asylum seekers who agree to participate in sometimes life-threatening military operations in Gaza.”

Israeli army officials, speaking unofficially to the newspaper, said that the project is proceeding in an organized manner, under the guidance of the army’s legal advisors, but without any consideration for the ethical aspect of recruiting asylum seekers.

So far, none of the asylum seekers who participated in the war have been granted a legal status, according to the newspaper.

There are currently about 30,000 African asylum seekers living in Israel, most of them young people, and about 3,500 Sudanese enjoy temporary status granted by the judicial authorities, pending a decision on their applications for residency.

Abu 'Obayda: The Yemeni missile attack is a qualitative shift in Al-Aqsa Flood Battle

Sunday 15-September-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

The Al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of 'Hamas, praised the Yemeni armed forces’ operation that hit Tel Aviv with a missile on Sunday, calling it a qualitative shift that will have important repercussions on the Al-Aqsa Flood Battle.

In a press statement, the spokesman for the Al-Qassam Brigades, Abu 'Obayda, hailed the operation in which the Ansar Allah group targeted central Israel with a missile that landed near Tel Aviv.

Abu 'Obayda said that “the nature of the weapon used in the operation, the type of the target, and other details our brothers in Yemen have acquainted us with indicates that the operation constitutes a qualitative shift that will have important repercussions on the course and outcomes of the Al-Aqsa Flood Battle.”

The military spokesman for the Ansar Allah group, Brigadier General Ya'hya Saree', revealed that a military site in Jaffa was targeted with a hypersonic missile.

According to data published by the Israeli occupation army, a “surface-to-surface” missile was fired from Yemen and fell in an uninhabited forest area east of Tel Aviv.

Missile from Yemen lands in Tel Aviv

Sunday 15-September-2024

NAZARETH, (PIC)

The Israeli army said on Sunday morning that a missile fired from Yemen hit Tel Aviv in central Israel (1948 occupied Palestine), triggering air raid sirens in the city and its vicinity.

Israeli media reported that sirens sounded in central Israel in about 20 towns and cities east and south of Tel Aviv, noting that the missile attack sparked fire in the Lod area, which indicates that the missile was not intercepted, despite that the Iron Dome system was already activated.

The Israeli army acknowledged that a missile fell in an uninhabited area east of Tel Aviv, while the Israeli Broadcasting Authority announced that the missile was launched from the east of Yemen.

The spokesman for the Israeli occupation army confirmed that a ground-to-ground missile was launched towards central Israel and fell in an open area without causing any casualties.

Hebrew media said, however, that nine settlers were injured as they rushed to shelters.

Last July, one Israeli was killed, and 10 others were injured when a drone fell in central Tel Aviv, hundreds of meters from the US embassy. The Yemeni Ansar Allah group claimed responsibility for the attack.

In solidarity with Gaza which has been facing a devastating Israeli war since October 7, 2023, the Yemeni army has been targeting Israeli or Israeli-linked cargo ships in the Red and Arabian seas with missiles and drones.

A local resident in Al-Deek said that Israeli soldiers stormed his land and uprooted about 25 olive trees, which are more than 31 years old.

He added that his land is located in an agricultural area that is constantly exposed to different violations by the Israeli army and settlers.

Israeli occupation forces kidnap three activists in a Bedouin community, near Aree'ha (Jericho), for confronting illegal Israeli settlers

Aree'ha (Jericho), September 15, 2024 (WAFA) -

Israeli occupation forces kidnapped three peace activists in the Arab Al-Mulai'hat Bedouin community, located northwest of Aree'ha (Jericho) after they tried to prevent illegal Israeli settlers from herding sheep in local farmers' pastures.

'Hasan Al-Malihat, the general supervisor of the Al-Baydar Organization for the Defense of Bedouin Rights, reported that Israeli occupation forces stormed the community and kidnapped the activists for attempting to safeguard citizens' property, including pastures and fodder.

The Israeli occupation forces also confiscated a private vehicle belonging to the activists.

The general supervisor of Al-Baydar Organization said this attack comes in the context of colonists’ escalation against the area. The area has recently been subjected to a series of attacks, the latest of which was the poisoning of dozens of sheep belonging to one of the families in the community.

He slammed such attacks as part of the occupation's efforts to tighten the noose on the Bedouin communities, with the aim of emptying West Bank areas classified as "C".

Israeli occupation forces issue demolition notices for poultry farms in Dair Ballout

SALFEET, September 15, 2024 (WAFA) —

Israeli occupation forces have issued demolition notices for three poultry farms in the village of Dair Ballout, in the West Bank province of Salfeet, marking a new escalation against agricultural activities in the region.

Local sources reported to WAFA that Israeli forces raided the Murij area, located north of the village, and targeted the farms owned by Ibraheem Abdul Jawwad. The forces instructed the workers to evacuate the premises in preparation for their demolition.

The affected farms include three distinct facilities: the first farm spans 1,200 square meters and houses 4,000 poultry along with two additional rooms; the second farm covers 700 square meters and is leased to the Creative Cooperative Association in the village, accommodating 10,000 poultry; and the third farm covers 400 square meters and holds 2,000 poultry.

Sameer Nimr, the head of the Dair Ballout Municipality, told WAFA that these farms are vital to the village's economy. He emphasized that their demolition would be a disaster for both the owners and tenants, highlighting the crucial role these farms play in supporting the local economy and ensuring food security for the community.

In a related development earlier today, Israeli forces also issued six demolition notices in the nearby village of Rafat. These notices targeted a commercial shop, three inhabited homes, a stone-cutting factory, and a building materials store.

According to Shafi Shi'hada, the head of the village council, the notices were served to a commercial establishment, three inhabited homes, a stone-cutting factory, and a building materials shop.

This latest action follows a similar set of notices delivered a few days earlier, which targeted a local sports field, several homes under construction, and other inhabited residences.

The ongoing issuance of these notices continues to raise concerns among local residents about the future of building and development in the area.

Israeli occupation authorities frequently demolish homes of Palestinians in Area C of the West Bank, under full Israeli control, under the pretext of construction without Israeli permission.

Occupation forces uproot olive trees in Kafr Al-Deek

Salfeet, September 15, 2024 (WAFA) —

Israeli occupation forces have uprooted 25 olive trees in Kafr Al-Deek, a village located in the West Bank province of Salfeet, according to local sources.

The trees, which were over 31 years old, belonged to local resident Mu'hammed Ayoub Al-A'hmad.

Al-A'hmad reported to WAFA that the trees, which were planted on approximately four dunums of land in the northern part of the village, were ripped out from their roots.

He explained that this land has been subject to continuous violations by the Israeli occupation forces and illegal settlers, due to its proximity to the Brukhin settlement established on the village's land.

Illegal Israeli settlers attack Palestinian village of Umm Safa, north of Ramallah

RAMALLAH, September 15, 2024 (WAFA) -

Last night, dozens of the illegal Israeli settlers launched an assault on the village of Umm Safa, located northwest of Ramallah. The attackers fired live ammunition at the homes of local residents.

Marwan Sabba'h, the head of the Umm Safa Village Council, told WAFA that the illegal Israeli settlers targeted the village and assaulted residents' homes with live fire, all under the protection of Israeli military forces.

Sabba'h also noted that two young men sustained bruises and fractures while trying to escape the targeted area. They were subsequently taken to a hospital for treatment.

The Israeli violence against Umm Safa has intensified following the outbreak of the Israeli aggression on Gaza. The village is currently facing land confiscations, demolition orders for homes, and aggressive land clearing activities by colonists.

In June of last year, colonists launched a large-scale attack on the village, setting fire to homes and vehicles with the support of Israeli forces.

Illegal Israeli Jewish settlers attack the West Bank village of Umm Safa

Sunday 15-September-2024

RAMALLAH, (PIC)

A horde of extremist Jewish settlers attacked on Sunday Umm Safa village in the northwest of Ramallah and fired live rounds at Palestinian homes.

Chief of the village council Marwan Sabah said that dozens of settlers escorted by soldiers came from Jabel al-Ras area and stormed Umm Safa while opening fire at homes.

Sabah added that two young men suffered bruises and fractures as they were trying to flee an area in the village that came under fire and were transferred to hospital later.

For several weeks, Jewish settlers have been carrying bulldozing activities in the nearby areas of Jabel al-Ras and Jabel Abu Tantur, seemingly to build settlement outposts and projects, according to the village chief.

Since the war on Gaza started, the Israeli occupation authority has annexed vast tracts of agricultural land and delivered dozens of notices announcing its intents to demolish homes and seize swaths of land belonging to Umm Safa villagers.

In June last year, a group of settlers carried out a large-scale attack on Umm Safa, where they burned several homes and cars under military protection.
