While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (October 7, 2023-Fruary 26, 2024), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the
land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verb "abduct" than the verb "detain," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.

GMO: Israeli army killed over 400 civilians in and around Al-Shifa Hospital

Sunday 31-March-2024, GAZA, (PIC)

The Government Media Office (GMO) in Gaza said that more than 400 people – patients, war-displaced civilians and healthcare staff – have been killed in Israeli attacks during 13 days of military siege on Al-Shifa Hospital and its nearby neighborhoods.

GMO added that the Israeli army also destroyed, targeted and burned 1,050 homes around Al-Shifa Hospital during its siege on the area.

According to GMO on Saturday, the Israeli occupation forces detained and tortured hundreds of patients, displaced individuals and health care workers in and around the hospital.

GMO said that there are still 107 patients and 60 healthcare workers trapped in the hospital and living under inhumane conditions, without water, medicine, food or electricity, accusing the Israeli army of hindering international efforts to evacuate them.

GMO condemned the Israeli army’s aggression against Al-Shifa Hospital as a “war crime” and a “crime against humanity,” accusing the US administration, some European countries and the international community of being accomplices in the genocidal and ethnic cleansing crimes that are committed in Gaza.

GMO urged international organizations and the Arab and Islamic countries to abandon their passivity and take real measures to stop Israel’s attacks on hospitals and its destruction of the health sector.

Historic turnout as over 250,000 rally in London for Palestine on Land Day anniversary

Sunday 31-March-2024, LONDON, (PIC)

In an unprecedented display of solidarity, more than 250,000 supporters of Palestine flooded the streets of central London on Saturday to commemorate Land Day and condemn the ongoing atrocities perpetrated against the Palestinian people. The mass demonstration, one of the largest in recent memory, brought together individuals from diverse backgrounds, united in their call for justice and an end to the Israeli occupation.

Among the notable speakers who addressed the massive crowd were renowned musicians Oscar Jerome and Alexi Murdoch, esteemed comedian and activist Alexei Sayle, and esteemed poet and activist Zita Holbourne. Their impassioned speeches resonated with the sea of protesters, as they highlighted the urgent need for international action to hold Israel accountable for its crimes against humanity.

The rally was further energized by speeches from Khalid Abdullah, celebrated actor and activist, and Mansour Shouman, a Canadian-Palestinian citizen journalist who provided harrowing firsthand accounts of the plight of the Palestinian people and the siege on Gaza. The speakers underscored the importance of standing in solidarity with Palestine and urged the international community to take concrete steps to end the violence and oppression.

As the day progressed, chants of “Free Palestine” reverberated throughout Trafalgar Square, where the rally culminated. Protesters waved Palestinian flags and held banners bearing messages of solidarity and resistance. The sheer scale of the demonstration underscored the growing momentum of the global movement in support of Palestinian rights.

In addition to the powerful speeches delivered by the esteemed speakers, Saturday’s demonstration in London also served as a platform to demand accountability from the UK government. Protesters fervently called on policymakers to end their complicity in Israel’s ongoing genocide against the Palestinian people. With banners held high and voices united, the crowd passionately urged the UK government to halt all forms of political, financial, and military support to Israel, which only emboldens its relentless aggression and perpetuates the cycle of violence in the region. As the cries for justice echoed through the streets of London, the demonstrators sent a clear message: the time for action is now. It is imperative for the UK government to heed the calls of its citizens and take a stand against injustice, ensuring that it no longer plays a role in enabling the oppression of the Palestinian people.

'Adnan 'Humaidan, vice president of the PFB, commended the extraordinary turnout and reiterated the organizers’ commitment to sustained mass mobilization until justice is achieved for Palestine. He emphasized the significance of Land Day as a symbol of Palestinian resilience and resistance against land confiscation and oppression.

The historic demonstration concluded with a pledge from the organizers to continue amplifying the voices of the Palestinian people and advocating for an end to the illegal occupation. As the sun set over London, the spirit of solidarity remained palpable, serving as a testament to the unwavering determination of the international community to stand with Palestine in their quest for freedom and justice.

GMO condemns Israeli targeting of journalists’ tents at Al-Aqsa Martyrs hospital

Sunday 31-March-2024, GAZA, (PIC)

The Government Media Office (GMO) said on Sunday that the Israeli occupation army committed a massacre by bombing the tents of journalists and displaced persons inside the walls of the Martyrs of Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital, resulting in the deaths and injuries of a number of citizens.

The Office added in a statement, “The occupation army committed a new massacre by bombing several tents of journalists and displaced persons inside the walls of Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in the central governorate, at the peak of the movement of patients, wounded, and displaced persons, which led to casualties among the citizens.”

It strongly condemned this new Israeli massacre inside the walls of a hospital that provides medical and health services to the displaced and citizens.

The GMO called on all international, regional, and local organizations related to health and medical work to condemn this heinous crime.

The US administration and the international community are held fully responsible for this crime, as they provide military and political support to Israel and give it the green light to continue its genocidal war against civilians, children, women, and the displaced, it added.

International organizations and all free countries of the world are urged to exert pressure on Israel to stop this aggressive war, the Office said and called for the protection of hospitals from the crimes of the Israeli occupation army.

A number of journalists were injured in an Israeli bombardment inside the Martyrs of Al-Aqsa Hospital in Dair E-Bala'h, central Gaza Strip.

Our correspondent reported that journalists Nafidth Abu Libda, Ibraheem Abu Libda, Sa'eed Jaras, 'Hazim, and Mu'hammed Abu Da'hrouj were injured as a result of the Israeli occupation’s bombing of the journalists’ tents at Al-Aqsa Hospital.

AI: Land day a reminder of Palestinian struggle against Israeli apartheid

Sunday 31-March-2024, GAZA, (PIC)

Amnesty International (AI) said on Saturday that Land Day is a reminder of the Palestinian struggle against Israeli apartheid. The organization made this statement in a series of posts on its “X” account on the occasion of the annual commemoration of the Palestinian Land Day, which dates back to 1976 when Israeli authorities seized large areas of Arab land.

Palestinians commemorate Land Day on March 30th of each year in all the places where they reside by launching various activities. The organization added that this year, Palestinians in Gaza commemorate Land Day and the Great Return March while facing a real threat of genocide, deliberate famine, and extermination by Israel.

AI pointed out that Land Day serves as a reminder of the Palestinian struggle against Israeli apartheid. The organization also called for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza.

It emphasized that it is the right of Palestinians to live on their land without discrimination, persecution, or forced displacement. AI explained that on March 30th, 1976, Palestinians living inside Israel went on strike in protest against the government’s decision to confiscate about 20,000 dunums (one dunum equals one thousand square meters) of land belonging to three Palestinian villages in the Galilee. The Israeli police brutally suppressed the protests, resulting in the killing of six Palestinians.

Land Day has gained significant importance among Palestinians as it was the first confrontation between the Palestinian masses inside Israel and the authorities, according to observers.

Badran: Netanyahu deceives hostage families, blocks all agreements

Sunday 31-March-2024,

DOA'HA, (PIC)

'Husam Badran, member of the political bureau of the Islamic Resistance Movement, 'Hamas, said, “Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu obstructs access to any agreement and only acts through media.” Badran added in a press statement on Sunday, “Netanyahu lies and misleads his people and deceives the families of the prisoners who daily demonstrate against him in the streets.”

He pointed out that Netanyahu seeks to make negotiations a mere process without results, and he only acts through media by sending delegations without authority, and he continues within this approach.

Badran mentioned that “Hamas exercises resistance in the field, and manages the negotiation process in defense of our people and in pursuit of achieving their demands and political aspirations, and it cooperates and coordinates with the active forces, factions, and resistance in all its movements.”

The Israeli occupation forces, supported by the United States and Europe, continue to commit the crime of genocide in the Gaza Strip for the 177th consecutive day, through dozens of airstrikes, artillery shelling, and fire belts, committing bloody massacres against civilians and carrying out horrific crimes in the infiltration areas. The ongoing aggression on Gaza has led to the death of 32,782 citizens and the injury of 75,298 others, in addition to the displacement of about 85% of the population of the Gaza Strip, according to local authorities and international bodies and organizations.

Four Palestinians die of malnutrition and dehydration in Gaza

GAZA, Sunday, March 31, 2024 (WAFA) –

Four Palestinian civilians died today due to starvation in Kamal 'Idwan Hospital in the northern Gaza Strip, which brings the number of Palestinian victims of of malnutrition to 34.

The sources said four people, including two children, died today as a result of malnutrition, dehydration, and lack of medical supplies, at Kamal 'Idwan Hospital in Bait Lahya, northern Gaza Strip.

They pointed out that the number of deaths due to the famine had risen to 34, including 31 children.

The Gaza Strip has been subjected to continuous Israeli aggression, since October 7, and has been subjected to extremely difficult humanitarian conditions, amounting to famine, in light of the severe scarcity of food, water, medicine and fuel supplies.

The Gaza Strip, especially the northern region, is grappling with severe shortages in food, water, medication, and fuel. Even the aid reaching the southern region of the enclave has been insufficient, particularly with the displacement of over 1.3 million people from northern Gaza to the south, notably to Rafa'h.

The Israeli occupation forces not only prevent the entry of humanitarian aid into northern Gaza but also intentionally target citizens as they await the arrival of desperately needed aid supplies. This has resulted in the tragic murder of hundreds of civilians and injuries to many more.

The World Health Organization has warned that malnutrition is particularly exacerbated in the northern region, where infrastructure destruction and shortages in water, food, and medication have prevailed since the beginning of the ongoing Israeli aggression.

In a preliminary toll, the ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 7th has resulted in 32,705 documented Palestinian fatalities, the majority of whom are children and women.

Additionally, 75,190 individuals have been injured, with thousands still missing under the rubble and on the streets. The Israeli occupation continues to obstruct ambulance and rescue teams from reaching them.

Gaza: Death toll surges to 32,782 martyrs

Sunday 31-March-2024, GAZA, (PIC)

The health ministry in Gaza said on Sunday that the Israeli occupation army committed eight massacres in different areas of the Gaza Strip during the past 24 hours, killing at least 77 civilians and injuring over 108 others, while a large number of victims are still under the rubble of bombed buildings or lying on roads.

In a statement, the health ministry explained that the Israeli army killed and injured a large number of civilians in different areas of Gaza during the past 24 hours, but only 185 of them, including 77 martyrs, were transported to hospitals.

The health ministry added that the death toll from the ongoing Israeli bombardments and shooting attacks, which started on October 7, climbed to 32,782 martyrs and the number of the wounded surged to 75,298 people.

The Gaza Strip has been under relentless bombardment since a cross-border operation was launched by Hamas’s armed wing, al-Qassam Brigades, on October 7.

Besides the large number of casualties and the huge displacement of people, basic food, fuel, water and medical supplies have run out for the 2.3 million residents in Gaza due to the tight Israeli blockade and the massive destruction of infrastructure and facilities.

US-backed Israeli genocide in Gaza enters day 177

Sunday 31-March-2024, GAZA, (PIC)

As the US-backed Israeli genocidal war on the Gaza Strip entered Day 177 on Sunday, massive aerial and artillery strikes continued to pound neighborhoods, homes, shelter centers and aid convoys, and massacre more civilians, mostly children and women.

A reporter for the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) said that the Israeli occupation army continued to attack different areas of Gaza, killing and injuring scores of citizens, despite the UN resolution, adopted recently by the Security Council, calling for an immediate ceasefire for the holy month of Ramadan.

According to media sources, the Israeli army bombed Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Dair El-Bala'h in central Gaza, killing four citizens and wounding 17 others, including journalists.

The Israeli army also massacred 11 civilians in an attack on Bani Suheila area in eastern Khan Yunis, and bombed a house belonging to Al-Majayida family in Al-Mawasi area in Khan Younus, killing a mother and her little daughter.

Three citizens were martyred and others were injured when the Israeli army bombed a house belonging to the family of Abu 'Aun in Al-Maghazi refugee camp in central Gaza.

Other casualties were reported in different areas of Gaza following Israeli aerial, artillery and shooting attacks last night and today.

On Saturday evening, Israeli tanks fired live ammunition and projectiles at dozens of civilians as they were waiting for aid trucks at the Kuwait rotary in Al-Zaytoun neighborhood in the southeast of Gaza City, killing 17 of them and injuring about 30 others.

The PIC reporter said that most of the martyrs of the new massacre at the Kuwait rotary are volunteers charged with protecting aid trucks and organizing distributions.

The Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) carried out raids on homes and kidnaped a number of Palestinian citizens in the West Bank and Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) last night and at dawn Sunday, amid confrontations with resistance fighters in some areas.

According to local sources, the IOFs stormed different West Bank areas, especially refugee camps, where they broke into and ransacked dozens of homes and interrogated local residents.

In Aree'ha (Jericho), the IOFs reportedly kidnaped a Palestinian Authority security officer called Mu'hammed Al-Sa'di, a resident of Jineen, during his presence in Al-'Auja town following a three-day manhunt. He has been accused of carrying out a shooting attack on a settler bus traveling on Road 90 near Al-'Auja town a few days ago.

In Nablus, Israeli occupation forces stormed Balata refugee camp, spread in its streets, raided several homes and bulldozed roads, amid intensive gunfire.

Violent clashes broke out between Israeli occupation soldiers and resistance fighters in different areas of the camp.

Israeli occupation forces also stormed the western area of Baita town in southern Nablus, where they set up a makeshift checkpoint and intercepted Palestinian vehicles for security checks.

In Jineen, dozens of citizens suffered from their exposure to tear gas during clashes with Israeli occupation soldiers in Al-Jalamah village.

One young man was kidnaped from his home in Al-Yamoan town in western Jineen.

Resistance fighters reportedly opened fire at Israeli soldiers and army vehicles during IOFs raids in the towns of Al-Yamoan and Silat Al-'Harithiya in Jineen.

In Qalqilya, Israeli forces came under fire from resistance fighters after they stormed Qalqilya City.

In Bait La'hm (Bethlehem), dozens of citizens suffered from inhaling tear gas after Israeli occupation soldiers showered homes with tear gas canisters in Mara'h Raba'h village.

The IOFs also stormed Al-Masara village in southern Bait La'hm (Bethlehem) and raided a house, with no reported kidnappings.

In al-Khalil, the IOFs stormed Sa’ir town and clashed with local youths. Dozens suffered from their exposure to tear gas during the events.

In a related context, the Palestinian Commission of Detainees’ and Ex-Detainees’ Affairs said that the IOF detained at least 25 Palestinians, including six women who were released later, in the West Bank and Al-Quds (Jerusalem).

16 of those citizens were detained by Israeli police officers as they were leaving the Aqsa Mosque in Occupied Jerusalem.

Israeli forces detain 25 Palestinians from the West Bank

RAMALLAH, Sunday, March 31, 2024 (WAFA) –

Israeli occupation forces detained since yesterday evening at least 25 Palestinians, including six women who were later released, from the occupied West Bank.

The Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs Commission and the Palestinian Prisoner’s Society (PPS) stated that the detention operations focused on Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) and Al-Khaleel (Hebron). The remaining detentions took place in the governorates of Jenin, Tubas, Qalqilya and Bethlehem.

They also said Israeli occupation forces detained 16 Palestinians as they were leaving Al-Aqsa Mosque compound in Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem).

This brings the total number of Palestinians detained since October 7th to about 7895, including those who were detained from their homes, at military checkpoints, those who surrendered under pressure and those who were taken as hostages.

The Commission and PPS reported that the ongoing and escalating detention operations that began after October 7th, which targeted children, women, the elderly and the sick came as part of the comprehensive Israeli occupation’s aggression against the Palestinian people and its ongoing genocidal war against the Gaza Strip.

According to sources, the illegal settlers threatened the Shepherd to shoot and kill him if he continued to graze his sheep in the area.

Illegal Israeli settlers stone Palestinian vehicles near Qalqilya

QALQILYA, Sunday, March 31, 2024 (WAFA) –

A group of illegal Israeli settlers attacked citizens’ vehicles with stones on the road between 'Huwwara and Qalqilya in the occupied West Bank, sources said.

Eyewitnesses told WAFA correspondent that a number of colonists attacked vehicles with stones near the town of Madama, south of Nablus, once the road linking 'Huwwara and Qalqilya was finally opened to Palestinian, after it had been closed since October 7th.

Extremist illegal Israeli settlers’ violence against Palestinians and their property is routine in the West Bank and is rarely prosecuted by Israeli authorities.

Settlers' violence includes property and mosque arsons, stone-throwing, uprooting of crops and olive trees, attacks on vulnerable homes, among others.

Between 500,000 and 600,000 Israelis live in Jewish-only settlements across Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) and the West Bank in violation of international law.

All settlements across the West Bank are illegal under international law, particularly article 49 of the Fourth Geneva Convention, which establishes that the occupying power shall not deport or transfer parts of its own civilian population into the territory it occupies.
