While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (October 7, 2023-Fruary 26, 2024), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the
land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verb "abduct" than the verb "detain," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.

'Hamas tells mediators it will stick to its original position on ceasefire

Tuesday 26-March-2024, GAZA, (PIC)

The 'Hamas Movement said on Monday that it had informed the mediators that it would uphold its original position and vision on a permanent ceasefire in Gaza, which it announced on March 14, affirming that the Israeli occupation government did not respond positively to its just demands in this regard.

In a statement, 'Hamas said that the Israeli government “did not respond to any of the basic demands of its people and their resistance, which call for a comprehensive ceasefire, Israeli withdrawal from the Gaza Strip, the return of the displaced, and an exchange of prisoners.”

The Movement held Benjamin Netanyahu and his “extremist government” fully responsible for obstructing all the efforts to reach a ceasefire deal.

After 171 days of war in Gaza, the UN Security Council adopted on Monday a resolution demanding an immediate ceasefire for the holy month of Ramadhan respected by all parties and leading to a lasting sustainable ceasefire.

The Security Council voted 14-0 in support of the resolution, with the US abstaining.

Later, 'Hamas issued a statement, saying it “welcomes the UN Security Council’s call for an immediate ceasefire,” and stressing the need for reaching a permanent ceasefire that leads to the withdrawal of all Israeli forces from the Gaza Strip, and the return of the displaced to their homes.

“We also affirm our readiness to engage in an immediate prisoner exchange process that leads to the release of prisoners on both sides,” Hamas added.

'Hamas official Hosam Badran: Our priority is to end the Israeli aggression

Monday 25-March-2024,

GAZA, (PIC)

Member of 'Hamas Political Bureau, 'Hosam Badran, confirmed that the Movement’s priority is ending the Israeli aggression on Gaza, bringing in aid, returning the displaced to northern Gaza, and working out a clear reconstruction plan that is not limited to the release of prisoners as promoted by Israel.

Badran said in a press statement, “We are using our legitimate right to resist the occupation and we have no concerns over Netanyahu’s statements on targeting Al-Sinwar,” stressing that the US administration is a primary reason for obstructing any agreement.

“Washington is an essential political and military partner in supporting the occupation,” adding “we will confront the occupation until we achieve complete independence,” he added.

Badran stressed that Netanyahu does not want to reach any agreement and is deceiving his people and the families of the prisoners, to cover up his political and security failure, noting that “the issue is not related to the prisoners and their numbers. The problem lies in Israel’s refusal to present any guarantees for the mediators.”

He explained that the negotiating delegation has strong cards, “The steadfastness of our people and our resistance on the ground, in addition to the continued international pressure on Netanyahu and his government.”

The 'Hamas official said, “We are practicing resistance, politics and negotiations to achieve a clear and specific goal that meets the needs and requirements of our people in general and in Gaza in particular.”

Ireland: Israel uses starvation as weapon of war

Monday 25-March-2024, DUBLIN, (PIC)

“The use of starvation as a weapon of war is a blatant violation of international humanitarian law.”

Tens of thousands of people took to the streets in Dublin in support of the people of Gaza and in protest against the ongoing Israeli crimes.

Red Crescent: Al-Amal Hospital is out of service

Tuesday 26-March-2024, GAZA, (PIC)

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society has announced that Al-Amal Hospital, which it runs in southern Gaza, has been out of service following an Israeli military siege.

“The hospital is now out of service after the Israeli occupation forces forced staff members and patients to evacuate the facility and blocked its entrances with mounds of dirt,” the Red Crescent explained.

According to the Red Crescent, a total of 27 employees, six patients and one caregiver were evacuated from the hospital in coordination with the UN Office for Humanitarian Affairs and the Red Cross.

The Red Crescent was also able to get bodies of two civilian martyrs out of the hospital, namely staff member Amir Abu Aisha and another civilian. Both were shot dead by Israeli gunfire inside the facility.

There is no information if there are still other people inside Al-Amal Hospital.

In a related context, BBC website said that Red Crescent staff and patients from Al-Amal Hospital in southern Gaza were trapped in ambulances for 20 hours after Israeli troops forced them to evacuate.

BBC quoted a Red Crescent source as saying that Israeli forces shot and wounded two people who tried to clear a road as they left overnight, forcing the ambulances to turn back and wait outside the hospital.

On Sunday, the Red Crescent reported that Israeli forces were besieging both Al-Amal and the nearby Nasser Hospital, amid intense artillery, aerial and shooting attacks on the facility and the neighborhoods around them.

Meanwhile, resistance fighters continue to attack Israeli forces around the besieged Hospital of Al-Shifa in northern Gaza, where the Israeli army already killed hundreds of civilians and detained about 500 others during its ongoing raid, which started about a week ago.

Euro-Med says repeated casualties require mechanisms for safe access to aid in Gaza

Tuesday 26-March-2024, GAZA, (PIC)

The Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor has stressed that the repeated casualties resulting from the dropping of aid from aircrafts or during unsecured entry of aid trucks into northern Gaza requires urgent intervention from the international community.

In a statement, the Euro-Med called for finding appropriate mechanisms to deliver aid to Gaza City and its north to ensure that it reaches the hungry people in a way that preserves their dignity and saves their lives.

The statement pointed out that 12 Palestinians drowned Monday after being entangled with ropes of parachutes of aid parcels dropped by planes and falling into the sea in northern Gaza. Seven of them were recovered and five others went missing.

The Euro-Med confirmed that at least one Palestinian had been killed and at least one injured during a stampede for aid packages dropped by planes the same day into northern Gaza.

It stated that it had previously documented the martyrdom of at least ten people in separate incidents because of direct falling of aid packages in Gaza and its north since the start of dropping aid in recent weeks, in addition to a similar fall of packages causing the destruction of solar panels at the Baptist Hospital in Gaza City.

The Euro-Med noted that many of the recorded injuries took place in the stampede to obtain aid airdrops, as famine forces residents to scramble for the sake of getting some aid boxes to feed their hungry children and families.

The human rights organization warned against the Israeli occupation army’s continued shooting at those who gather waiting for aid, which has so far led to the martyrdom of at least 563 people and the injury of hundreds of others.

The Euro-Med also stressed the importance of increasing and diversifying the means of bringing aid into the Gaza Strip, especially the Gaza and North Gaza governorates, stressing the need to provide mechanisms that protect residents and guarantee their dignity.

Two PRCS crew members injured by IOFs gunfire in Khan Younus

Monday 25-March-2024, GAZA, (PIC)

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) revealed that two members of its crews were injured by Israeli gunfire while being forcibly evacuated from Al-Amal Hospital in Khan Younus, south of the Gaza Strip.

The Red Crescent said in a statement on Monday that Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) on Sunday obliged the medical staff and the wounded at Al-Amal Hospital to leave, and while leaving, the IOFs opened fire at them, leading to the injury of two crew members.

The PRCS explained that the crews who left through the military checkpoint were surprised by the difficulty of movement in the place due to extensive bulldozing operations and the destruction of infrastructure, adding that while trying to remove the rubble and obstacles on the road the IOF opened fire on two of the crews injuring them on the spot.

After coordination had been made to evacuate the wounded members, the crews managed to recover one of them, while the fate of the second member, remained uncertain until this moment.

The Red Crescent added that the IOFs, later on the day, forced the crews to return to Al-Amal Hospital, to be surprised by the closure of the hospital’s gate where they have been waiting in the street until the moment of writing this news.

The PRCS said it has been coordinating with partners to provide a safe humanitarian corridor to evacuate the wounded and crews.

Gaza: Civilians killed in Israeli bombing on tents

GAZA, Tuesday, March 26, 2024 (WAFA) –

A number of Palestinian civilians were killed and injured, today, in a bombing that targeted tents of displaced people west of Khan Younus, in the southern Gaza Strip.

Local sources said that the occupation forces bombed the tents of the displaced in Al-Mawasi area, west of Khan Younus, in the south of the Gaza Strip, killing a number of citizens and wounding others.

Al-Mawasi area is located on the coastal strip of the Mediterranean Sea, southwest of the Gaza Strip, about 28 kilometers from Gaza City.

30 Palestinians killed in Israeli bombing of Gaza home

GAZA, Tuesday, March 26, 2024 (WAFA) –

30 Palestinian citizens have Tuesday been killed following an Israeli bombing of a house owned by Abu Haseera family in the vicinity of Al-Shifa Medical Complex, west of Gaza City, medical sources confirmed.

As the Israeli brutal aggression against Gaza enters its 172nd day, the occupation forces continue sieging and targeting hospitals in the Strip, putting Al-Amal Hospital out of service, while continuing its military operations in Al-Shifa Medical Complex and its surroundings for the ninth day in a row.

The sources reported that nine people were killed after drowning in the Gaza Sea, while 5 others were missing while trying to obtain aid dropped from the air.

A number of citizens were injured as a result of occupation artillery shelling on Al-Nasr neighborhood, northeast of Rafa'h.

The occupation military vehicles also broke into the vicinity of Asdaa Prison, Street 5, and the Western Line in Khan Younus, amid artillery shelling and gunfire.

By March 25, 2024, the Israeli occupation has continued its aggression against the Gaza Strip since October 7th by land, sea and air, killing 32,333, the majority of whom are children and women, and leaving more than 74,694 injuries, an infinite toll, as thousands of victims are still under the rubble and in the roads as the Israeli occupation prevent rescue crews from reaching them, in addition to massive destruction and an unprecedented humanitarian crisis.

GMO: 18 Gazans killed due to wrong aid airdrops

Tuesday 26-March-2024, GAZA, (PIC)

The Palestinian Government Media Office (GMO) said that 18 Palestinian citizens were killed due to wrong airdrops of aid over the Gaza Strip during the past hours, holding the US administration and the Israeli occupation regime responsible for these deaths.

In a statement on Tuesday, GMO said that 12 of those victims drowned off the shores of northern Gaza and six others were killed in stampedes as they were trying to collect aid airdropped into the sea and other areas.

GMO affirmed that airdropping aid in such a manner pose a real threat to the lives of hungry Palestinians in Gaza.

“We have warned all the countries that carry out aid airdrops of using such unsafe and incorrect procedures because part of their aid is dropped into the sea and other parts are either dropped into 1948 occupied Palestinian territories or into dangerous areas, which exposes the lives of hungry citizens to extreme danger,” GMO said.

GMO called for stopping the delivery of aid by air, describing it as wrong, inappropriate and useless and calling for opening Gaza’s land crossing in order to provide aid more effectively for the citizens suffering from starvation and malnutrition.

In a related context, the Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor called on the world to find appropriate mechanisms to deliver aid to the northern Gaza Strip to ensure that citizens cover their needs and their lives are preserved.

Euro-Med criticized in a press release on Tuesday the systematic deaths caused by the dropping of essential supplies from airplanes or during trucks’ entry into delivery points without adequate protection.

Euro-Med noted that at least 12 Palestinians were drowned off the shores of Gaza on Monday after getting caught in the ropes of parachutes carrying aid packages.

Euro-Med warned that many deaths and injuries had been recorded as a result of stampedes, as hunger pushes residents to scramble to get aid packages to feed their starving children and families.

Euro-Med also denounced the attacks conducted by the Israeli army against civilians waiting for aid deliveries and against those charged with organizing aid distributions.

Euro-Med warned that such a situation indicates that there is a systematic policy to starve hundreds of thousands of Palestinians and deprive them of safe access to aid.

Killing, Injuring, and Abduction of Palestinians in the West Bank by Israeli Occupation Regime Forces

Israeli occupation army detains 30 Palestinians in massive campaign across the West Bank

RAMALLAH, Thursday, March 26, 2024 (WAFA) –

Israeli occupation forces Monday detained 30 Palestinians, including former prisoners, in an ongoing massive Israeli detention campaign across the occupied West Bank, according to the Palestinian Prisoner’s Society (PPS).

PPS said that the detention campaigns were concentrated in Jalazoan camp, north of Ramallah, including a number of Gaza workers, while the rest of the detentions took place in the governorates of Al-Khaleel (Hebron), Toulkarm, Nablus, Jineen, and Toubas.

Meanwhile, the detention campaigns were accompanied by widespread abuse, severe beatings, and threats against the detainees and their families, added PPS.

The total number of Palestinians, including children, women and elderly men, rounded up after October 7 surged to about 7,800 persons.

Furthermore, the Israeli occupation army continues to carry out the crime of enforced disappearance against detainees in the Gaza Strip, as the occupation refuses to provide human rights institutions with any details regarding their fate of their places of detention.

IOFs kidnap several Palestinians, settlers attack citizens and property

Tuesday 26-March-2024, WEST BANK, (PIC)

The Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) kidnaped last night and at dawn Tuesday a number of Palestinian citizens in the West Bank, amid clashes with local youths and settler attacks.

According to local sources, the IOFs ransacked homes, assaulted citizens and kidnaped three young men during a raid in Doura town in southern Al-Khaleel (Hebron).

The IOFs also stormed Bait Ummar town at dawn, while dozens of extremist illegal Israeli Jewish settlers attacked Palestinian citizens and homes near the illegal settlements of Karmei Tzur and Gush Etzion in the south and north of the town.

The illegal Israeli settlers also attacked Palestinian vehicles at the entrance of Bait Ummar town and on the nearby bypass road.

Yesterday, a horde of extremist settlers escorted by soldiers attacked Palestinian homes and threw dirty stuff at them in Tel Rumaida neighborhood in the central area of Al-Khaleel (Hebron) City.

In Jineen, two young men were taken prisoners following violent IOFs raids on their homes in the city.

Israeli occupation soldiers reportedly raided several homes and damaged some parked cars near the industrial zone junction in Jineen City.

Local sources said that the Israeli occupation soldiers assaulted citizens during a raid on the house of Saif Al-Naji in Al-Basateen neighborhood and threatened to kill him if he did not turn himself in.

On Monday evening, violent clashes broke out between local youths and the Israeli occupation forces in different villages in Jineen.
