While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (October 7, 2023-Fruary 26, 2024), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verb "abduct" than the verb "detain," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.

Israel faces mounting outcry over murder of Palestinians waiting for aid in Gaza City

RAMALLAH, Friday, March 1, 2024 (WAFA) –

The Israeli occupation is facing increasing global condemnation following the massacre its forces perpetrated yesterday against hundreds of starving Palestinians who were waiting for desperately needed aid southwest of Gaza City.

China and Turkey, joining Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Jordan, denounced the Israeli occupation forces for firing on civilians seeking aid, with the Turkish Foreign Ministry labeling the massacre "yet another crime against humanity." Germany has called for an independent investigation into the tragedy.

France:

France's Foreign Ministry deemed the actions of Israeli soldiers targeting civilians seeking access to food "unjustifiable." President Emmanuel Macron expressed his "strongest condemnation" and called for an independent inquiry into the killings.

"Deep indignation at the images coming from Gaza where civilians have been targeted by Israeli soldiers," he said on social media platform X.

"I express my strongest condemnation of these shootings and call for truth, justice, and respect for international law."

Foreign Minister Stephane Sejourne emphasized the importance of addressing atrocities without double standards.

Turkiye:

Turkiye accused Israel of committing another crime against humanity, condemning the Israeli occupation forces for pushing Gazans toward "famine" as they struggle to find dwindling supplies of food amid a crippling blockade imposed on northern Gaza.

"Israel has added another crime to its crimes against humanity," the Turkish Foreign Ministry said.

"The fact that Israel, which has condemned Gazans to famine, this time targets innocent civilians in a queue for humanitarian aid, is evidence that (Israel) aims consciously and collectively to destroy the Palestinian people", it added.

Qatar:

Qatar's Foreign Ministry condemned the "heinous massacre" and urged "urgent international action" to halt the fighting in Gaza. It called on the international community to intervene and address Israel's war crimes in the war-torn region.

The ministry stressed that "the continuation of the occupation’s brutal crimes as part of its brutal war on Gaza Strip, proves day after day the pressing need for urgent international action to immediately end this unprecedented aggression in recent history."

"This should be in preparation for addressing the catastrophic humanitarian situation in the Strip, threatening of a real famine in northern Gaza as a result of the siege, bombing, and failure," it added.

Germany:

German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock has urged Israel to conduct a thorough investigation into the killings, stating that the Israeli army must fully investigate how the mass panic and shooting could have occurred. Baerbock also called for a "humanitarian ceasefire."

"People risk their lives fighting over food parcels dropped from the air because not enough trucks are coming into Gaza. Children collect weeds to give their siblings something to eat. Babies are dying of dehydration and malnutrition in barely functioning hospitals," Baerbock said in a statement.

China:

China strongly condemned the killing of scores of Palestinians during the aid delivery, expressing shock and grief for the victims. The Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Mao Ning stated that China strongly condemns the Israeli assault, urging a swift resolution to the ongoing aggression.

Palestinian factions in Moscow: Resistance must continue against the Israeli aggression on Gaza

Friday 1-March-2024, MOSCOW, (PIC)

The Palestinian factions gathering in Moscow extended their gratitude to Russia for hosting their meetings, as well as for its position in support of the Palestinian cause, stressing that resistance must be pursued against the Israeli aggression on Gaza.

In a press statement on Friday, the factions affirmed their adherence to “confronting the Israeli aggression and genocidal war being waged against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, the West Bank and Jerusalem with the US support and complicity.”

The factions also stressed the need for “resisting, halting and thwarting the Israeli attempts and plans to displace our people from their homes in the Gaza Strip, the West Bank and Jerusalem, emphasizing the illegality of settlement expansion in accordance with the resolutions of the UN Security Council and General Assembly.”

The Palestinian factions rejected any “attempts to separate the Gaza Strip from the West Bank, including Al-Quds (Jerusalem).”

They were in agreement on “supporting the heroic steadfastness of our struggling people and their resistance in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, especially in Al-Quds (Jerusalem).”

The factions affirmed that “Israeli occupation’s conspiracies and ongoing violations against Al-Aqsa Mosque, and Muslim worshipers must be halted especially during the holy month of Ramadan.”

They reiterated their “full support for the brave women and men who are held captive in Israeli prisons and are subjected to various forms of torture and oppression”, pledging to exert “every possible effort to liberate them from Israeli custody.”

The factions demanded “the protection of UNRWA for its vital role in serving the Palestinian refugees until their return is achieved.”

'Hamas: Israel’s narrative about the “Flour Massacre” aims to justify systematic killing of Palestinians

Friday 1-March-2024, GAZA, (PIC)

The 'Hamas Movement said that the Israeli occupation army is trying to evade its responsibility for Al-Rasheed Street massacre which has become known as the “Flour Massacre” that led to the martyrdom of dozens of citizens who were waiting to receive humanitarian aid near Al-Nabulsi roundabout in Gaza City.

In a statement on Thursday evening, the Movement said, “Israel’s trivial narrative about Al-Rasheed massacre come in an attempt to evade its responsibility for the heinous crime committed by the Israeli occupation army at dawn today against citizens waiting to receive food aid at Al-Nabulsi roundabout area in Gaza City, leading to the martyrdom of more than 110 martyrs and the injury of hundreds of others. The Zionist army has been telling lies and presenting misleading information about the horrific massacre.”

“The occupation army is passing on a trivial narrative to justify its systematic killing of our people, which has been pursued since it launched its genocidal war against our people”, the Movement added.

'Hamas explained that the occupation forces practice premeditated killing against civilians through direct shooting on upper parts of the body, as confirmed by the Ministry of Health, in addition to witness accounts confirming that citizens were exposed to direct shooting for the purpose of instant killing. “This only confirms the fact Israeli terrorist soldiers are thirsty to kill and commit most heinous crimes and violations, under the US protection,” it added.

For his part, 'Izzat Al-Rishiq, a member of the Hamas Political Bureau, denounced on Thursday the lies of the Israeli army spokesman about the “Flour Massacre”, stressing that the Nazi occupation army committed the massacre with premeditation.

Al-Rishiq pointed out in a press statement that the Israeli occupation is trying to evade its direct responsibility for the horrific massacre by fabricated and false narratives.

He stressed that Israeli lies aim to cover up this heinous crime and to avoid widespread international condemnation.

The Movement called on the International Criminal Court, and human rights institutions, to “document this heinous crime and take the necessary measures to hold this occupying entity accountable for its crimes and violations.”

Earlier on Thursday, the Government Media Office in the Gaza Strip announced that more than 112 Palestinians were martyred and more than 800 others were injured,  as a result of Israeli targeting Palestinians rushing to an aid convoy south of Gaza City.

GMO: Israel spreading false allegations to cover up its massacre in Gaza City

Friday 1-March-2024, GAZA, (PIC)

The Palestinian Government Media Office (GMO) has charged Israel with spreading false allegations to acquit itself of the Gaza City massacre on Thursday.

The GMO added in a statement late Thursday night that Israeli claims that the casualties in the Gaza City at dawn Thursday were self-inflicted are sheer lies.

It charged Israel with premeditated murder, explaining that Israeli occupation forces waited until the people gathered to take whatever they could from the relief-laden trucks then opened tank fire and shelling on them.

The Office clarified that the bullets and internationally-prohibited munitions only owned by Israel were visible on the wounds of the martyrs and injured.

Hundreds of civilians came to the area to obtain flour or canned food to feed their children and families in light of the continued starvation war they were subjected in Gaza City and northern Gaza, where no relief aid was allowed to enter for 146 days, the GMO said, noting that 700,000 citizens are present in these areas.

The Office appealed to the Arab and Islamic countries and free peoples of the world to urgently intervene and send relief aid to the Gaza Strip and to pressure Israel to halt its war of extermination against the Palestinian people in the beleaguered enclave.

Friday 1-March-2024, GAZA, (PIC)

Israeli occupation forces continue to commit the genocide crime in the Gaza Strip for the 147th consecutive day, through dozens of airstrikes, artillery shelling, and the use of fire belts, committing bloody massacres against civilians, and carrying out horrific crimes in infiltration areas, amidst a catastrophic humanitarian situation due to the blockade and the displacement of over 90% of the population.

Death toll in Gaza climbs to 30,228 as Israel's genocide marks 147th day

GAZA, Friday, March 1, 2024 (WAFA) –

A total of 193 Palestinians were killed in 16 massacres perpetrated by the Israeli occupation forces over the last 24 hours in the Gaza Strip, bringing the documented death toll since the outbreak of the Israeli war of genocide to 30,228, the majority of whom are innocent civilians, according to local health authorities.

In addition to the 193 fatalities, 923 other Palestinians were injured by Israeli artillery, aerial strikes or sniper fire over the last 24 hours, while the number of injuries documented since the beginning of the aggression have climbed to 71,377, the sources added.

Some victims remain under the rubble and in the streets, as the occupation forces continue to prevent the arrival of ambulance and rescue teams. Therefore, the actual figures are believed to be much higher.

Simultaneously, three Palestinians, including a child, were killed and others injured in the Israeli artillery shelling of a school housing displaced people in Hamad City, located northwest of Khan Younus in the southern Gaza Strip.

Earlier this morning, six Palestinians were killed and others injured when Israeli airstrikes targeted a house in the Al-Buraij refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society stated that the Israeli occupation forces continue to target residential neighborhoods, and that its teams are trying to provide medical aid as much as possible.

It called for the establishment of field hospitals and the dispatch of international medical delegations due to the collapse of the healthcare services across the war-torn enclave.

Clashes reported following Israeli raid, detention campaign across the West Bank

Friday 1-March-2024

+ -

WEST BANK, (PIC)

Palestinian resistance fighters confronted at dawn Friday Israeli occupation forces’ (IOFs) raids across the West Bank. Cases of arrest, injury and sabotage were reported.

In Occupied Jerusalem, Israeli police opened fire at a Palestinian vehicle as it passed by the entrance to Qalandya refugee camp, north of Occupied Jerusalem, wounding its driver, and preventing ambulance crews from reaching or treating the injured man.

Local sources explained that Israeli forces stormed Qalandya camp and were deployed across its neighborhoods and streets, while snipers took their positions in some buildings, amid confrontations that broke out between Israeli forces and Palestinian young men.

Reportedly, Israeli occupation soldiers raided a number of homes and shops, including the family home of martyr Mu'hammed Manasra, who carried out the shooting attack last evening near Eli settlement on Ramallah-Nablus Road, which led to the killing of two settlers and the martyrdom of the resistance fighter.

The forces arrested the martyr’s father and brother and took measurements of the house in preparation for its demolition later on.

Meanwhile, Israeli forces stormed the town of 'Hizma, northeast of Jerusalem, and fired flare bombs into the sky of the town.

In Jenin, the IOFs stormed the town of Silat Al-'Harithiya, west of Jenin, and the town of Jaba' to the south, leading to armed clashes that erupted between soldiers and resistance fighters. Israeli occupation soldiers raided a printing shop in Jaba', destroyed its contents, and confiscated some devices and equipment from it.

In Jericho, the IOFs stormed 'Aqabat Jabr camp with several military vehicles, and broke into the house of 'Hamza Al-'Ajjouri, searched the house and sabotaged its contents before arresting Al-'Ajjouri and two of his sons after assaulting them. His third son has been detained in Israeli jails for nearly two months.

The city of Salfeet was also invaded by Israeli military vehicles and soldiers who roamed the streets of the city with no arrests reported.

Meanwhile, a group of the illegal Israeli Jewish settlers attacked citizens’ homes in the town of Jaloud, southeast of Nablus. They threw stones at Palestinian homes, causing damage to some houses.

Last night, settlers reportedly demolished an agricultural room in Khirbet Sarra, in the town of Qaryut, southeast of Nablus.

Groups of Jewish settlers were also stationed on the road between the towns of 'Ourif and 'Aseera Al-Qibliya, south of Nablus, throwing stones at citizens’ vehicles, causing damage to several vehicles including an ambulance.

Aggression and Attacks by Illegal Israeli Settlers and Soldiers

Illegal Israeli settlers attack village south of Nablus

NABLUS, Friday, March 1, 2024 (WAFA) –

Illegal Israeli settlers launched a violent attack this afternoon targeting the village of Al-Lubban Al-Sharqiya, located south of Nablus in the occupied West Bank, according to local sources.

WAFA correspondent reported that the colonists indiscriminately fired live ammunition towards civilians, their homes, and shops, while also chasing a group of youths on the outskirts of the village. No injuries were reported.

Ya'coub 'Owais, the head of the Al-Lubban Al-Sharqiya Village Council, informed WAFA that some colonists targeted commercial establishments and homes on the main Nablus-Ramallah road outside the village. However, local villagers successfully fended off the attack.

'Owais noted that since Thursday evening, colonists have been attempting to intimidate and assault the villagers. Additionally, they erected six mobile homes or caravans south of the village in what seems to be a new colonial outpost.

Israeli occupation forces assault worshipers outside Al-Aqsa Mosque, denying access

Al-Quds (Jerusalem), Friday, March 1, 2024 (WAFA) –

Israeli occupation forces attacked worshipers today near the Al-Asbat Gate, one of the main entrances to the Al-Aqsa Mosque in Al-Quds (Jerusalem), preventing many of them from entering the mosque for prayers.

Local sources reported that the Israeli forces set up checkpoints at the entrances to the holy site, where they stopped several worshipers, conducted searches, and barred many of them from entering for the weekly Friday prayers.

Additionally, the forces physically assaulted a young man and a woman, leading to the woman fainting, before detaining both of them along the road leading to the Al-Asbat Gate.

The Islamic Waqf Department noted that despite the Israeli restrictions, nearly 20,000 worshipers performed the Friday prayer within the precincts of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque despite significant restrictions on the entry of worshipers.

A group of youth resorted to performing the Friday prayer in the Ras Al-Amoud neighborhood in the vicinity of the Mosque due to their prohibition from accessing the holy site.
