While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza, which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verb "abduct" than the verb "detain," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.

UN official: How many more children will suffer before this nightmare ends?

Sunday 11-February-2024, GAZA, (PIC)

UNICEF Executive Director Catherine Russell asked in an X post: How many more children will suffer and die before this nightmare ends?

Commenting on the killing of the six-year-old Palestinian girl who went missing for 12 days after an Israeli tank targeted her family car in Gaza, Russell said that “the body of a little girl named Hind was finally found in Gaza today along with relatives and rescue workers who tried to bring her safely back to her mother.”

She pointed out that “Rafa'h is one of the most densely populated places on earth, teeming with children and families, some already displaced many times by war in Gaza.”

Some 1.3M civilians are pushed into a corner, living on streets or shelters, the UN official added.

“They must be protected. They have nowhere safe to go.”

The body of a six-year-old Palestinian girl, missing for 12 days after an Israeli tank targeted her family car in Gaza, was found along with the bodies of her relatives.

Two medics were also found dead after an Israeli tank bombed their ambulance upon its arrival at the scene, following prior coordination with the Israeli army. The ambulance was found just a few meters away from the car containing the bodies of Hind and her relatives.

WHO warns of devastating repercussions of expanding Israeli ground offensive in Rafa'h

Monday 12-February-2024, NEW YORK, (PIC)

The Director-General of the World Health Organization (WHO), Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, said on Sunday that reports of Israel’s plans to evacuate Palestinians from the Rafah area in the southern Gaza Strip to expand its ground offensive are “extremely worrying.”

In a press statement, Ghebreyesus added, “This plan has devastating consequences for more than 1.4 million Palestinians who have nowhere else left to go, and who have almost no place left to seek health care.”

He explained, “All hospitals in Rafa'h are overwhelmed and overflowing. In the rest of the Strip the majority of hospitals are either functioning minimally or non-functional at all,” calling for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza.

Earlier on Monday, the Executive Director of UNICEF, Catherine Russell, called for “the protection of about 1.3 million Palestinians in Rafa'h, the southernmost part of the Gaza Strip”, noting that “this border city with Egypt has turned into one of the most densely populated places on Earth.”

She elaborated that “Rafa'h is overcrowded with children and families, including those who have been displaced several times due to the ongoing Israeli bloody aggression against Gaza.”

By February 11, 2024, since October 7, the Israeli occupation army has been waging a genocidal war against the Gaza Strip, leading to the killing of 28,176 citizens and the injury of 67,784 others, in addition to the displacement of more than 85 percent (about 1.9 million people) of the Strip’s population, according to official sources in Gaza and international bodies and organizations.

Dutch court rules Netherlands must stop delivery of F-35 parts to Israel amid 'violations of international law'

RAMALLAH, Monday, February 12, 2024 (WAFA) -

The Netherlands must stop the delivery of F-35 fighter jet parts to Israel within seven days, a Dutch appeal court ordered Monday.

The decision came as the court upheld an appeal from human rights organizations who argued that supplying the parts contributed to “violations of international law by Israel”.

"The court orders the State to cease all actual export and transit of F-35 parts with final destination Israel within seven days after service of this judgement," said the court.

"In doing so, the Netherlands is contributing to serious violations of humanitarian law of war in Gaza," the rights groups said.

The F-35 parts, produced by the US, are stored at a warehouse in the Netherlands.

'Hamas says Israeli massacres aim to force Palestinians out of Gaza

Sunday 11-February-2024, GAZA, (PIC)

'Hamas said in a statement on Sunday that Israel aims to exterminate Palestinians and force them out of the Gaza Strip.

“The discovery of nearly 100 martyrs after the criminal Zionist occupation forces withdrew from the neighborhoods of Al-Rimal and Tel Al-Hawa in Gaza City, most of whom were martyred by the bullets of the occupation’s murderous Nazi snipers, indicates the criminal approach followed by this entity with the aim of extermination and forcing our people to forcibly migrate from their land,” the Movement said.

'Hamas called on the International Court of Justice to document Israel’s actions and hold the country accountable for them.

In another press release, 'Hamas said “The crime committed by the terrorist occupation army in the Abu Iskandar neighborhood, north of Gaza City, and the targeting by its snipers of defenseless civilians, including children and women, in the streets and roads, and the continuation of civilian sniping crimes, especially in the vicinity of the Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Younus, is an extension of the ongoing war of extermination waged by the Zionist enemy against our Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, in front of the entire world.”

“We call on the International Court of Justice, which approved a set of decisions aimed at protecting civilians from acts of genocide, to follow up on these ongoing crimes and document them.”

“We also call on the UN Security Council to stand up to its responsibilities and take serious measures to ensure the cessation of these horrific crimes.”

Earlier Sunday, about 100 bodies were recovered after the Israeli army withdrew from two Gaza City neighborhoods. Most of the bodies were killed by sniper bullets.

Hamas holds US administration responsible for Rafa'h massacres

Monday 12-February-2024, GAZA, (PIC)

The Hamas Movement has condemned the Israeli occupation army’s large-scale massacres in Rafa'h, south of Gaza, describing them as “part of its genocidal war and its attempts to forcibly displace the population.”

In a statement on Monday, Hamas warned that the Israel army’s attacks on Rafa'h would increase the humanitarian suffering of the displaced people and residents in the area, where there are about 1.4 million citizens already living in harsh and tragic conditions.

“Netanyahu’s terrorist government and his Nazi army have flouted the resolutions that were adopted two weeks ago by the International Court of Justice, which called for taking urgent measures to halt any steps that could be considered acts of genocide,” Hamas underlined.

Hamas held US president and his administration fully responsible for the Israeli carnage happening in Rafah “as a result of the green light they gave to Netanyahu on Sunday and the financial and military support they provide for his government to continue the genocidal war and massacres in Gaza.”

The Movement appealed to the Arab League, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and the US Security Council to take urgent and serious action to stop the ongoing Israeli aggression against the defenseless civilians in Gaza.

Dozens of people, mostly children and women, were killed as extremely intense Israeli airstrikes and shelling pounded multiple homes, shelter sites and cars in Rafa'h overnight Monday, according to the Palestine Red Crescent Society, as international alarm mounts over Israel’s intended ground operation in the southern Gazan city.

More than 100 people were killed due to Israeli airstrikes as warplanes targeted different civilian areas of the city, and helicopters fired machine guns along the border areas, the Palestinian Red Crescent said early Monday.

QB: Two captives killed, 8 injured in Israeli bombardment during the past 96 hours

Sunday 11-February-2024, GAZA, (PIC)

The Al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of 'Hamas Movement, announced the killing of two Israeli prisoners in their custody and the injury of eight others during the past 96 hours as a result of continuous Israeli shelling on the Gaza Strip.

The Brigades confirmed in a statement on Sunday that the continuous Israeli shelling on the Strip during the past 96 hours led to the killing of two captives and the serious injury of eight others.

The Brigades added that the conditions of the injured prisoners are worsening due to the inability to provide them with proper treatment, holding Israel fully responsible for the lives of those injured in light of the ongoing bombardment and aggression.

Al-Qassam Brigades announced since October 7th of last year the capture of more than 250 prisoners in the Al-Aqsa Flood operation, while dozens were released during the temporary truce in November last year. Additionally, they announced the killing of dozens of others due to the continuous Israeli shelling on the Gaza Strip, especially in light of the suffocating siege on the Strip, the destruction of hospitals, and the lack of healthcare.

Gaza: Death toll surges to 28,340 martyrs

Monday 12-February-2024, GAZA, (PIC)

The health ministry in Gaza said on Monday that the Israeli occupation army committed new massacres in different areas of the Gaza Strip during the past 24 hours, killing at least 164 civilians and injuring over 200 others, while a large number of victims are still under the rubble of bombed buildings or lying on roads.

In a statement, the health ministry added that the death toll from the ongoing Israeli bombardments, which started on October 7, climbed to 28,340 martyrs and the number of the wounded surged to 67,984 people.

Every day, the Israeli army escalates its air and ground attacks on the Gaza Strip, which has been under relentless bombardment since a cross-border operation was launched by Hamas’s armed wing, al-Qassam Brigades, on October 7.

Besides the large number of casualties and the huge displacement of people, basic food, fuel, water and medical supplies have run out for the 2.3 million residents in Gaza due to the tight Israeli blockade and the massive destruction of infrastructure and facilities.

At least seven Palestinians killed, others injured by Israeli snipers in Gaza's Nasser Medical Complex

GAZA, Monday, February 12, 2024 (WAFA) –

At least seven civilians today were killed and about 14 medical staff and displaced persons were wounded  by occupation sniper fire in the vicinity of the Nasir Medical Complex, in the city of Khan Younus, south of the Gaza Strip.

Medical sources reported that the staff, patients, and displaced people in the Nasser complex had ran out of food, and that the suspended ceilings in the accommodation and operations departments fell as a result of the ongoing Israeli shelling and constant shooting.

Sewage water flooded the emergency department and hampered the work of the crews at Nasser medical complex, which has been under a strict Israeli military siege for 22nd day.

Meanwhile, at least 67 people were transferred to hospitals after Israeli occupation forces carried out series of airstrikes targeting the densely overcrowded southern Gaza city of Rafa'h, killing and injuring hundreds of civilians, including a significant number of children and women.

Sources added that the process of recovering the bodies, trapped under the rubble, is still continuing.

Medical sources warned that medical teams were unable to move between the complex’s buildings due to the constant shooting by occupation snipers, putting at risk the lives of 300 health personnel, 450 sick and wounded people, and 10,000 displaced people inside the complex.

The medical and humanitarian conditions in Rafa'h is extremely catastrophic, and that the number of people killed in the Israeli brutal shelling on Rafa'h last night is greater than the capacity of hospitals, medical sources added.

Medical sources also highlighted that doctors are treating wounded individuals on the ground due to weak health infrastructure and the ongoing Israeli bombing that targeted several homes and mosques, which worsen the situation.

Medical sources warned of the consequences regarding Israeli's intention to carry out a ground offensive in the city of Rafa'h.

Occupation army snipers also occupied several homes surrounding the complex and opened heavy gunfire on its courtyards.

The occupation army has been carrying out a series of airstrikes and artillery shelling on Khan Yunis and in the vicinity of the hospitals.

Israeli tanks and military vehicles aslo carried out a ground offensive in the southern and western areas of the city, forcing thousands of Palestinians to flee for fear of being killed or injured.

14 hospitals out of 36 in Gaza are partially operating, including nine hospitals in the south and six in the north, according to medical sources.

By February 11, 2024, in a preliminary toll, the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7 has resulted in the murder of over 28,176 individuals, the majority of whom are innocent civilians, and over 68,000 injuries.

Hundreds of civilian casualties as Israel launches a bloodbath in Rafa'h

RAFA'H, Monday, February 12, 2024 (WAFA) -

In the early hours of Monday, the Israeli occupation regime embarked on an intense bombardment campaign targeting the densely overcrowded southern Gaza Strip city of Rafa'h, killing and injuring hundreds of civilians, including a significant number of children and women.

Health authorities in Rafa'h reported the tragic killing of more than 100 civilians, including children and women, with hundreds more wounded. The casualties were rushed to hospitals across the city.

The Palestinian Red Crescent stated that Rafa'h is witnessing fierce Israeli airstrikes concentrated in the city center, hitting residential homes near the Red Crescent headquarters.

Director of Kuwait Hospital in the city, Suhaib Al-Hams, said the hospital is overwhelmed with seriously wounded patients and lacks sufficient medications and supplies.

Local sources said that Israeli warplanes launched approximately 40 airstrikes, targeting numerous homes and mosques sheltering displaced individuals across the city. This was accompanied by intense artillery shelling and naval bombardment on Rafa'h.

Civilian vehicles carrying casualties arrived at Kuwaiti Hospital in Rafa'h, while hundreds evacuated to the hospital to escape the ongoing bombardment, according to local sources and witnesses.

Among the targeted mosques were Al-Ra'hma in Shabboura and Al-Huda in the Yibna refugee camps, both accommodating dozens of displaced families, along with more than 14 inhabited houses. The Israeli airstrikes also extended to areas near the border with Egypt.

Estimates indicate around 1.4 million citizens and internally displaced refugees are currently present in Rafa'h after Israeli occupation forces compelled hundreds of thousands of Palestinians from northern Gaza to relocate southwards in the early stages of the current aggression.

Ongoing genocide

In a preliminary toll, the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7 has resulted in the murder of over 28,176 individuals, the majority of whom are innocent civilians, and over 68,000 injuries.

Worse still, the aggression has resulted in the forceful displacement of nearly 2 million people from all of the Gaza Strip, with the vast majority of the displaced forced into the densely crowded southern city of Rafa'h near the border with Egypt—in what has become Palestine's largest mass exodus since the 1948 Nakba.
