While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

GAZA, December 27, 2024 (WAFA) -

US-backed Israeli genocide in Gaza enters Day 448

Friday 27-December-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

In the midst of catastrophic humanitarian suffering for more than two million Palestinians — half of them children, the Israeli occupation army continued, for the 448th consecutive day, to pound and target different areas and massacre more civilians in the Gaza Strip, especially in the northern areas.

Reporters for the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) said on Friday that the Israeli occupation army carried out attacks on several homes, civilian targets and shelter centers in different areas of Gaza during the past 24 hours, killing and injuring dozens of citizens.

The Israeli army’s large-scale genocidal campaign in northern Gaza, especially in Jabalya and Bait Lahya, has entered day 84, where its forces continue to intensively bomb homes and shelters and attack civilians while imposing a tight siege on the entire area.

Deliberate Israeli attacks on ambulance and civil defense workers already deprived northern Gaza of any rescue services.

Two dead bodies arrived at Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital after being rescued by medical teams from the Abu Al-'Ajeen area east of Dair El-Bala'h in the central Gaza Strip.

This morning, the Israeli forces stormed Kamal 'Udwan Hospital in northern Gaza and forced most of the patients and medical teams to head towards Al-Fakhoura School and arrested a number of them.

The Israeli forces set fire to the houses in the surrounding areas after destroying most of them over the past few days with booby-trapped robots.

Several citizens were injured in an Israeli bombing near the 'Halawa land in Jabalya Al-Balad, north of the Gaza Strip.

A Palestinian woman also died of the wounds she sustained several days ago in an Israeli airstrike on her family home in Al-Nasr neighborhood, east of Rafa'h.

Dr. A'hmed Al-Zaharna, who works in the European Gaza Hospital and the Red Cross Field Hospital, died of severe cold, as he was found dead inside his tent in the al-Mawasi area, west of Khan Yunis.

Meanwhile, four citizens were killed in an Israeli attack on the Abul Baidh family home in Al-Shuja’iyya neighborhood east of Gaza City.

A girl was also killed after the Israeli occupation army targeted her family’s home in the Al-Sidra area in Gaza City.

The Palestinian death toll from ongoing Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip has risen to 45,399, Gaza-based health authorities said in a statement on Thursday.

Friday 27-December-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

The Palestinian medical worker, A'hmed Al-Zaharna, who was among the crews working at the European Gaza Hospital, has died because of “extreme” weather conditions, according to a statement by the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza.

“This incident comes in light of the difficult humanitarian conditions that displaced citizens are experiencing, as the suffering of Gaza residents increases due to low temperatures and the lack of heating means in tents,” the ministry said.

A fourth Palestinian baby has died due to extreme cold in Gaza over the past 72 hours, as hundreds of thousands of people displaced by Israel’s war struggle to keep warm in flimsy tents.

IOFs storm Kamal 'Udwan Hospital in northern Gaza, set fire to premises

By Al-Mayadeen English

December 27, 2024

Al-Mayadeen correspondent in Gaza noted that with the targeting of Kamal 'Udwan Hospital, all hospitals in the northern Gaza Strip have gone out of service.

Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) conducted Friday a harrowing assault on Kamal 'Udwan Hospital in northern Gaza, setting five of its sections on fire after raiding it, abducting patients and medical staff, and forcing them to strip.

The Ministry of Health in Gaza said that the fire had begun spreading to all buildings of the hospital, adding that the occupation forces burned the operations and surgery sections, as well as the laboratory, maintenance, and emergency units.

In an alarming escalation, the IOFs launched an airstrike in the vicinity of the hospital, after storming its premises and forcibly displacing 300 patients. Many of these patients, who were dependent on life-saving medical devices, were left in the open, exposed to the harsh cold, further endangering their fragile health.

IOFs also thoroughly searched the patients and medical staff, adding to the trauma.

After forcibly displacing the patients and hospital staff, the IOFs abducted the patients, along with residents from surrounding areas, and gathered them in the yard of Al-Fakhoura School amid harsh weather conditions.

The move has been condemned as a grave violation of international humanitarian law, highlighting the Israeli military's disregard for the sanctity of medical facilities and the welfare of the vulnerable in Gaza.

Inevitable fate northern Gaza people will be death

Al Mayadeen's correspondent in Gaza noted that with the targeting of Kamal Adwan Hospital, all hospitals in the northern Gaza Strip have gone out of service.

On his part, the Director of hospitals in the Gaza Strip underlined that "the free world must intervene immediately to stop the Israeli war on the Gaza Strip," pointing out that medical staff are being subjected to abuse by Israeli forces in various hospitals across the strip that they are storming.

The suspension of services at Kamal Adwan Hospital deprives the people of northern Gaza of medical care, the director said, warning that under the current situation, the inevitable fate of the people in the area will be death.

The Ministry of Health in Gaza said that the director of the Kamal Adwan Hospital, Dr. Hussam Abu Safiya, received a clear threat from the occupation that he will be arrested this time.

Hamas condemns the attack as a war crime'

In response to the latest Israeli assault, Hamas condemned the actions as a "war crime" added to a growing list of atrocities committed by "Israel" against the Palestinian people. The group slammed the international community for its continued inaction on protecting civilians and medical facilities.

It further accused the US of complicity in the ongoing aggression, calling the Israeli military’s actions “Zionist war crimes” committed amid global silence.

The movement held the Israeli occupation and the US administration fully responsible for the lives of patients, the injured, and the medical staff working in the hospital. This follows their complete isolation from means of communication and reports of abuse, the arrest of several individuals, and their transfer to an unknown location.

Hamas urged the international community, including the United Nations, to break its silence and take immediate action to halt the Israeli ongoing genocide in Gaza. The group called for measures to ensure accountability for the Israeli entity's atrocities, demanding that Israeli officials face justice for their crimes against humanity.

IOF target al-Awda Hospital with direct gunfire

In yet another attack on hospitals in Gaza, IOF fired on the al-Awda Hospital and its surrounding areas in northern Gaza earlier today. The bombardment followed the detonation of a remote-controlled explosive device near the facility in the early morning hours.

Concurrently, the Ministry of Health in Gaza has confirmed the death of Dr. Ahmed al-Zaharneh, a physician at the European Gaza Hospital, who passed away due to the extremely cold conditions in Gaza, with his body discovered in his tent in the Mawasi area, west of Khan Younis in southern Gaza.

Over 10 Palestinians killed in ongoing Israeli airstrikes

Al Mayadeen’s correspondent reported that more than 10 Palestinians have been killed, with at least 30 others injured, most of them women and children, in a series of Israeli airstrikes on Gaza since the early hours of Friday morning, amid intensified attacks on the northern part of the Strip.

Among the targeted areas was the Halawah land in Jabalia al-Balad, northern Gaza, where several Palestinians were injured. Additionally, Israeli forces targeted a home in the al-Sabra neighborhood of Gaza City, killing five Palestinians and injuring three others.

In the al-Zaytoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City, another home was hit. However, Civil Defense teams were unable to reach the site to rescue the injured, as the occupation had previously and categorically refused any coordination with the Red Cross.

The scale of destruction and loss of life continues to escalate as the humanitarian crisis in Gaza deepens, with medical and civilian facilities increasingly under attack.

Israeli occupation municipality forces Palestinian to demolish his home in Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem)

Friday 27-December-2024

Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), (PIC)

The Israeli occupation municipality of Jerusalem forced on Thursday the Maqdisi (Jerusalemite) Abu Zaid 'Awadhallah to demolish his own home in the town of Sour Bahir.

Abu Zaid 'Awadhallah said in press statements, “The municipal court issued a decision a week ago, stipulating that my home will be demolished within 48 hours.”

He explained that he filed an appeal to postpone the demolition, but the municipal court refused and insisted on implementing the demolition decision on the specified date.

He further elaborated that he had earlier submitted a request to license the house, but the Jerusalem municipality asked him to pay 60,000 shekels within two days to obtain the house maps, in addition to imposing other unaffordable conditions on him to prevent the house from being licensed.

'Awadhallah added that he had to demolish the house because municipal employees threatened him that if he did not implement the self-demolition decision, he would be forced to pay 160,000 shekels for the costs of the demolition process.

He pointed out that he has been paying a construction fine to the Israeli occupation municipality for two years, amounting to 35,000 shekels, as he paid 8,000 shekels every time the demolition decision was postponed.

The Maqdisi (Jerusalemite) Abu Zaid 'Awadhallah has been living in his house for 10 years, with his wife and four children, the oldest of whom is 22 years old and the youngest is 12.

The house is 75 square meters in area and consists of two rooms, a hall, a kitchen, and a bathroom, and is built of cement and reinforced iron.

The Israeli occupation army prevents Palestinian farmers from working in northern Jordan Valley

JORDAN VALLEY, December 27, 2024 (WAFA) —

The Israeli occupation forces today prevented several Palestinian farmers from continuing their work on their agricultural lands in the Umm Al-Qaba area in the northern Jordan Valley, northeast of the occupied West Bank.

Mahdi Daraghma, the head of the Al-Mali'h Village Council, reported that the Israeli military, acting under the influence of Israeli colonists, detained the farmers for over two hours.

Subsequently, he added, the farmers were obstructed from completing the plowing of their lands in preparation for planting dry crops. The farmers were eventually expelled from the area by the Israeli forces.

As a result of ongoing colonist encroachment, large portions of agricultural land previously owned by Palestinian citizens have been effectively seized, leaving farmers unable to access or work their own fields.

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the
land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verbs "abduct" and "kidnap" than the verbs "detain" and "arrest," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.
