While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the
land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verb "abduct" than the verb "detain," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.

Amnesty International calls on EU to impose an arms embargo on the Israeli occupation apartheid regime

RAMALLAH, Wednesday, August 28, 2024 (WAFA) –

Amnesty International has called on European Union countries not to supply the Israeli occupation apartheid regime with weapons, in a letter addressed to the EU's High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell.

The organization urged the European Union, in a letter published by the German News Agency (dpa) on Wednesday, not to invest or trade with Israeli colonies in the occupied Palestinian territories, which the International Court of Justice in The Hague has deemed illegal in a recent advisory opinion.

The organization's call to tighten EU policy comes ahead of a meeting of EU foreign ministers in Brussels to discuss the war on Gaza.

Last July, the International Court of Justice ruled that Israel's nearly 60-year occupation of Palestinian territories violates international law and must end as soon as possible.

The court, in a landmark opinion from the highest judicial body in the United Nations, although it is not legally binding, noted that Israel's colony policy effectively constitutes illegal annexation.

It said, "Its members, including EU countries, have a responsibility not to support the policy of occupation or to accept the status quo created by Israel."

The organization pointed out in its letter to Borrell that the European Union countries, by "supplying Israel with weapons, technology and equipment," are not fulfilling this responsibility.

It also called on the European Commission to review the EU-Israel partnership agreement in terms of its compatibility with human rights obligations.

United Nations:  The Israeli occupation apartheid regime refuses to supply fuel to Gaza hospitals

GAZA, Wednesday, August 28, 2024 (WAFA) –

The United Nations said that  the Israeli occupation apartheid regime has rejected requests to supply hospitals operating in northern Gaza with fuel five times during the past week.

This came in a press conference by the spokesman for the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Stephane Dujarric, in which he affirmed that some hospitals in northern Gaza have been without new fuel supplies for more than 10 days.

He pointed out that there is a large overcrowding of refugees in southern Gaza due to the ongoing Israeli evacuation orders.

In another context, he pointed out that efforts are continuing to appoint and train more than 1,000 health workers and volunteers in 11 health centers in the region for polio vaccinations.

He stated that they aim in the first round of the vaccination campaign to reach at least 95% of the more than 640,000 children under the age of 10 in Gaza.

'Hamas: Escalation of the Israeli occupation’s aggression in the West Bank a result of international silence

Wednesday 28-August-2024

WEST BANK, (PIC)

The large-scale military operation launched by Israel’s terrorist occupation army in the West Bank, particularly in the northern governorates, is a practical attempt to implement the plans of the extremist Zionist government, as expressed by its fascist ministers, Hamas Movement said, adding that such escalation aims to expand the ongoing brutal genocide in the Gaza Strip to include cities, towns, and refugee camps in the occupied West Bank.

In a statement on Wednesday, 'Hamas highlighted the broad targeting of Jineen, Toubas, Toulkarm, Al-Khaleel, and Ramallah, as well as the initiation of incursions, arrests, and systematic destruction of infrastructure, using large military forces accompanied by aerial bombardment from drones and warplanes.

Hamas emphasized that “the continued campaign of genocide by the fascist occupation government against our Palestinian people in Gaza, and the escalation of violations in the occupied West Bank through this criminal operation, is a natural result of the suspicious international silence regarding its blatant violations of all international laws and its deliberate targeting of unarmed civilians with the intent of genocide and displacement, supported by unconditional political and military backing from the U.S. administration and some Western capitals.”

It pointed out that “the criminal enemy has attempted, through its successive fascist governments over the decades, to suppress our people’s resistance in the West Bank by various means, yet it has failed to erase the idea of resistance from the consciousness of our rebellious and resistant youth.” It affirmed that “the current criminal military campaign will inevitably break against the steadfastness of our people in the cities, towns, and camps of the West Bank, and the determination of our brave youth and resistance.”

Hamas praised the heroic resistance operations by various Palestinian resistance factions in the Fari’a, Nour Shams, and Jenin refugee camps against the terrorist occupation forces, including the Al-Qassam Brigades, Al-Quds Brigades, and Martyrs of Al-Aqsa, acknowledging their steadfastness and sacrifices. It mourned “the heroic martyrs who fell in this operation and all the martyrs of our people who have risen in the path of resistance to end this fascist occupation.”

'Hamas issued a call to the heroic resistance fighters and the rebellious youth in all areas of the occupied West Bank, from north to south, urging a general mobilization and the escalation of all forms of resistance against the occupation and its settlers everywhere on our occupied land. “We also call on our youth and brothers in the Palestinian security forces to fulfill their responsibilities and recognize the dangers threatening our national cause, to join the sacred battle of our people, and to continue on the path of resistance until the occupation is defeated and our people achieve their freedom and right to self-determination.”

At least 11 citizens have been martyred and others injured due to attacks by the Israeli occupation forces in Jineen and Toubas early this Wednesday.

Jineen, Wednesday, August 28, 2024 (WAFA) -

Nine Palestinians were killed and 11 others were injured by bullets in a large-scale military operation launched by the Israeli occupation forces in the northern West Bank, especially in the governorates of Jineen, Toubas and Toulkarm, amid a siege on hospitals and systematic destruction of infrastructure.

Three young Palestinians were killed early this morning when an Israeli drone targeted their vehicle near the village of Misilya, southeast of Jineen.

According to the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS), their teams retrieved the bodies of the three victims from the vehicle. The bodies are currently being transported to a hospital.

Meanwhile,  four young Palestinians at dawn were killed and several others were injured following a drone strike by Israeli occupation forces on the Al-Fari'a refugee camp, located south of Toubas.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society reported difficulties in reaching the casualties due to the camp's blockade by Israeli occupation forces, which have been preventing ambulances from accessing the area and obstructing rescue operations.

The Israeli military had previously raided the camp with a large number of infantry soldiers, followed by additional military reinforcements including a bulldozer. Snipers were reportedly deployed extensively inside and around Al-Fari'a refugee camp, and the area was heavily patrolled by drones.

Toulkarm, Wednesday, August 28, 2024 (WAFA) -

Israeli occupation forces launched a major offensive in the city of Toulkarm in the occupied West Bank last night, besieging hospitals and blocking movement of Palestinians into and out of the city.

There was a significant presence of infantry and snipers in the surrounding fields and farms, accompanied by low-flying reconnaissance drones.

Additionally, the Israeli forces deployed four heavy bulldozers supported by other military vehicles into the city. The bulldozers also razed infrastructure and water networks around the Al-Alami Roundabout, closing the area with earthen barriers. PRCS said Israeli forces detained its staff, assaulted the director of the ambulance center, Nidhal 'Oda, and opened live fire inside the center.

The Israeli occupation soldiers also imposed a complete siege on the camp and prevented the movement of citizens.

Earlier, the Ministry of Health warned of the repercussions of the occupation's siege on Jineen and Toulkarm hospitals, where dozens of patients are currently being treated.

The ministry directed all medical staff in Jineen to go to the nearest health center to support their colleagues in dealing with the emergency situation in the province, partiality after forces bulldozed the roads leading to the hospitals.

Illegal Israeli settlers attack residential homes south of Al-Khaleel (Hebron)

Al-Khaleel (Hebron), Wednesday, August 28, 2024 (WAFA) –

Israeli colonists attacked, dismantled and seized citizens' homes and shacks in Wadi Al-Malaqi in the village of Al-Buwaib, northeast of the town of Yatta, south of Al-Khaleel (Hebron).

Local sources reported to our correspondent that a group of armed colonists from the illegal colony of Bnei Hefe stormed Wadi Al-Malaqi in the village of Al-Buwaib, under the protection of the occupation forces, and dismantled six tin houses and shacks.

It is worth noting that armed colonists attacked the residents of the aforementioned village two days ago and tried to steal their livestock. When the residents confronted them, they threw stones at them and beat them up, resulting in the injury of six people

Meanwhile, the occupation soldiers also detained 12 citizens from the village and transferred them to an unknown location.
