While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the
land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verb "abduct" than the verb "detain," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.

Shaikh 'Ikrima Sabri: Israeli government is working to divide Al-Aqsa Mosque temporally and spatially

Tuesday 13-August-2024

Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), (PIC)

The Imam of Al-Aqsa Mosque, Shaikh 'Ikrima Sabri, said that the Israeli occupation apartheid regime is seeking with all its efforts to divide the Mosque temporally and spatially, by intensifying Jewish settlers’ incursions into its courtyards and preventing Palestinian worshipers’ access.

Shaikh Sabri, who was banned from entering Al-Aqsa Mosque a few days ago, considered the storming of Al-Aqsa Mosque by more than 2,000 settlers, led by far-right ministers Ben Gvir and Goldknopf, under police protection to commemorate the so-called “destruction of the temple” as an attack on the holy sites and “crossing all red lines.”

The illegal Israeli settlers are exploiting the “Jewish holidays” to impose a new fait accompli in the holy site, he added.

He further explain Mosque, while facilitating the settlers’ incursions.

He also pointed out that the Israeli occupation is exploiting the genocidal war on the Gaza Strip to take full control over the holy site.

Shaikh Sabri stressed that the settlers’ storming and violations will not impose a fait accompli in Al-Aqsa Mosque, and the people of Jerusalem will continue to defend their Mosque and holy places.

Member of 'Hamas Political Bureau, Mu'hammed Nazzal:

We want clear practical formulas so that ceasefire talks do not return to square one

Wednesday 14-August-2024

DOHA, (PIC)

The Member of 'Hamas Political Bureau, Mu'hammed Nazzal, has accused the Israeli occupation Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of showing evasion, procrastination, and manipulation in the ceasefire negotiation process, stressing that Netanyahu does not want to reach an agreement to evade ending up in jail on the charge of his failure to deter Hamas attack on October 7.

Nazzal said, in press remarks on Tuesday, that “'Hamas statement on Thursday does not reject engaging in the negotiations planned for next Thursday. Rather, it demands a clarification of the practical formulas so that negotiations do not return to square one and continue from where the last rounds ended.”

The Hamas official said, “the media leaks about a deal and Israel’s request to hand over the names of 33 Israeli prisoners held by Palestinian factions in Gaza, are mere attempts to disrupt the negotiation process,” stressing that “if the agreement on the basic principles is not announced, we will not proceed to discuss further details.”

“The day after the war is Palestinian par excellence,” he said, noting that, “the Israeli occupation or any external forces will not be allowed to interfere in its management and it will not be included in the terms of the negotiations. We will not give up on that.”

Nazzal concluded by saying “any attempts by the Israeli occupation or the Americans to impose a new ‘Karzai’ model to rule Gaza will definitely fail,” revealing that “the management of the Rafa'h crossing has not been discussed yet, and in general, the management of the crossing and everything related to the Gaza Strip is a Palestinian affair.”

Al-Rishiq calls on ICJ to include the Haaretz report in its file of the Israeli war crimes

Wednesday 14-August-2024

DOHA, (PIC)

Member of Hamas’s political bureau 'Izzat Al-Rishiq has said that the Haaretz report about the use of Palestinian civilians as human shields during Israeli military operations and incursions has vindicated further that the occupation army is persistent in committing war crimes, calling on the international community to condemn such practices.

In a statement on Tuesday, Al-Rishiq called on the International Court of Justice (ICJ) to include Israeli soldiers’ confessions mentioned in the Haaretz report in its file of Israeli war crimes.

The 'Hamas official also urged international human rights groups to expose and denounce these Israeli violations and work on taking legal action against Israeli leaders.

In its report on Tuesday, Haaretz news website said it had obtained recent confessions from Israeli soldiers confirming the Israeli army’s use of Gazan civilians as human shields during operations to search sites and tunnels, where there could be resistance fighters or booby traps.

The Haaretz investigation could add weight to the genocide case against Israel, which was filed by South Africa at the ICJ in December 2023.

Several countries including Türkiye, Nicaragua, Colombia, Libya, Mexico, Palestine and Spain have joined the case, seeking accountability for the horrific war crimes and grave human rights violations committed by Israel against the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.

US-backed Israeli genocide in Gaza enters Day 313

Wednesday 14-August-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

As the US-backed Israeli genocidal war on the Gaza Strip entered Day 313 on Wednesday, aerial and artillery strikes continued to pound and target different areas and massacre more civilians.

Reporters for the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) said that the Israeli occupation army continued to bomb homes and shelter centers and attack citizens in different areas of Gaza during the past 24 hours.

According to media sources, three civilians were martyred in an Israeli airstrike on a house belonging to the family of 'Owaidha in Khan Younus, south of the Gaza Strip.

Five citizens, including three children, were killed and others were injured when an Israeli drone attacked them in Al-Batn Al-Sameen area in the south of Khan Younus.

Two civil defense workers were shot dead in Rafa'h in southern Gaza as they were among a crew working in the area.

Bodies of three civilians were reportedly recovered from the rubble of a house belonging to the Sufi family in Rafa'h.

The Israeli army also shot dead two civilians and injured others in Bani Suhayla area, east of Khan Younus.

Last night, an Israeli airstrike on an apartment in the 'Hamad City in Khan Younus claimed the lives of four citizens.

Israeli genocidal airstrike on Gaza kills three Palestinians, injures others

GAZA, Wednesday, August 14, 2024 (WAFA) –

An Israeli genocidal airstrike on a house, located to the southeast of the city of Gaza, Wednesday evening killed three Palestinian civilians and injured others, according to the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS).

PRCS said that its crews retrieved the bodies of three civilians who were killed and several others injured in an Israeli occupation airstrike that targeted the house of the Yaseen family, close to Al-Zaytoun Center, southeast of the city.

It added that the fatalities and casualties were taken to the Arab Ahli Hospital in the city.

Israel has proceeded with its genocidal offensive on the war-torn Strip in complete disregard of the International Court of Justice (ICJ), which ordered Israel in a legally binding decision to halt its military offensive in Rafa'h, which may violate its obligations under the Genocide Convention.

Israel has been waging a devastating war on Gaza since October 7, killing at least 39,965 Palestinians and injuring over 92,294 others.

Moreover, at least 10,000 people are unaccounted for, presumed dead under the rubble of their homes throughout the Strip.

Palestinian and international organizations say that the majority of those killed and wounded are women and children.

The Israeli genocidal war on the Gaza Strip has also resulted in the forceful displacement of nearly two million people from all over the Gaza Strip, with the vast majority of the displaced forced into the densely crowded southern city of Rafa'h near the border with Egypt – in what has become Palestine’s largest mass exodus since the 1948 Nakba.

IOFs demolish Palestinian homes and structures south of Al-Khaleel (Hebron)

Wednesday 14-August-2024

Al-Khaleel (Hebron), (PIC)

The Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) demolished on Wednesday four Palestinian homes, a tent and two other facilities in Masafir Yatta, south of Al-Khaleel (Hebron), in southern West Bank.

Local sources reported that the IOFs stormed the Um al-Khair Bedouin community in Masafer Yatta, and bulldozed four homes, a tent and two caravans, owned by Yasir Al-Hadthaleen and his sons 'Uday, Anees and 'Ali, displacing 30 members of their families.

The IOFs also destroyed water networks, tanks, and solar energy units.

About two months ago, the IOFs demolished a home, a tent and a barracks owned by the Al-Hadthaleen family, as part of a large-scale demolition operation that targeted 11 homes and residences and a number of tents and facilities in the Um al-Khair community.

The IOFs has recently escalated demolition operations in Masafir Yatta significantly, as part of a colonial plan that the extreme Israeli right seeks to implement, which aims to displace residents from those areas in favor of colonial expansion operations.
