While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (October 7, 2023-Fruary 26, 2024), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the
land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verb "abduct" than the verb "detain," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.

Occupation forces prevent thousands of worshipers from accessing Al-Aqsa Mosque

Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), Friday, April 5, 2024 (WAFA) –

Israeli occupation forces prevented thousands of worshippers from the West Bank from entering Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) to attend the last Friday sermon and prayer of the holy month of Ramadan.

Witnesses and local sources reported that Israeli forces imposed restrictions on the entry of worshippers into the mosque, scrutinizing the identities of young men at the entrances to the Old City and Al-Aqsa Mosque, and preventing many of them from entering.

Meantime, the occupation forces turned back dozens of elderly worshipers at Qalandia and Bethlehem checkpoints—both of which lead to occupied Jerusalem where the mosque is situated—who were intending to head to Al-Aqsa Mosque, citing their lack of the required Israeli permits that would allow them to enter.

There were reports of confrontations between Israeli occupation policemen and worshippers who were heading to pray, particularly in the Bab al-Asbat area in the Old City of Jerusalem, where Israeli forces arrested three young men.

Meantime, Israeli police announced the deployment of 3,600 officers in East Jerusalem on the last Friday of Ramadan, amid expectations of tens of thousands of worshippers flocking to Al-Aqsa Mosque.

UN Human Rights Council demands halt in arms sales to the Israeli occupation apartheid genocidal regime

NEW YORK, Friday, April 5, 2024 (WAFA) –

The United Nations Human Rights Council adopted a resolution on Friday calling for an end to any arms sales to Israel due to its ongoing aggression against the Gaza Strip, warning of the possibility of genocide against Palestinians.

This marks the first resolution taken by the council responsible for human rights in the continuous Israeli aggression against our people in Gaza since October 7th of last year.

28 out of the 47 council members voted in favor of the resolution, with six voting against it, including the United States and Germany. Thirteen countries abstained from voting, during the final session of the current session of the Human Rights Council.

The resolution condemns Israel's use of wide-scale explosive weapons in populated areas in Gaza, calling on Israel, the occupying power, to fulfill its legal responsibility to prevent genocide.

Pakistan presented the resolution on behalf of 55 out of 56 countries in the United Nations grouped in the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, except Albania. It also received support from Bolivia, Cuba, and Palestine.

The resolution demanded Israel to end its occupation of Palestinian territories and immediately stop its illegal blockade of Gaza, as well as any other form of collective punishment.

It called for an end to all transfers of weapons, ammunition, and other military equipment to Israel, citing the impact of explosive weapons on hospitals, schools, shelters, and the supply of water and electricity to Gaza, and condemned the use of starvation of civilians as a war tactic.

The resolution also calls for an immediate cessation of hostilities and condemned "Israeli actions that could amount to ethnic cleansing", urging all relevant countries to prevent forced displacement of Palestinians within Gaza, and demanded Israel to stop expanding its settlements in Palestinian territories.

The resolution urges to ensure that the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) receives sufficient funding.

Although the Human Rights Council does not possess any binding means to enforce its resolutions, this resolution increases international isolation of the Israeli occupation and puts more pressure on it to stop its continuous crimes against the Palestinian people, placing ethical obligations on supporting countries.

Pakistan Premier calls for world action to halt Israeli atrocities against Palestinians

Friday 5-April-2024

ISLAMABAD, (PIC)

Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, in his message on International Quds Day on Friday, called for world action to stop ongoing Israeli atrocities against the Palestinian people, his office said.

The International Quds Day is an annual pro-Palestinian event that is marked on the last Friday of the Islamic holy month of Ramadan to express support for the Palestinian people and oppose Israel.

In his message, PM Sharif lamented more than 32,000 Palestinians, including 17,000 children, had been killed last year, amid deliberate targeting of hospitals, refugee camps and schools as well as aid blockades.

“Despite a ceasefire resolution by the United Nations Security Council, the unprovoked bombing of innocent civilians in Gaza continues by Israel,” Sharif was quoted as saying by his office.

“Pakistan demands the international community to play its role in putting pressure on Israel to stop Israeli oppression against the Palestinians.”

PM Sharif urged Muslims across the world to remember their Palestinian and Kashmiri brothers and sisters on the occasion of Jumatul Wida and pray to God Almighty to ease their difficulties.

Multiple religious parties and groups have announced rallies on Friday to mark the Quds Day and to express solidarity with the Palestinians in Gaza.

The rallies are scheduled to be held in Islamabad and other cities after the Friday prayers.

'Hamas: The Le Monde investigation is a new step to expose Israel’s false propaganda

Friday 5-April-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

The French newspaper Le Monde’s investigation into the “false Zionist propaganda” that accompanied the October 7 events was described by the 'Hamas Movement as “a new step to expose the fascist behavior of the Zionist occupation government,” which relied on using these narratives to incite hatred against the Palestinian people.

The Zionist propaganda machine’s story of “beheading children” was proven to be false, according to a statement released by 'Hamas.

“This is a new development that exposes the fascist behavior of the Zionist occupation government, which relied on using these narratives to incite hatred against the Palestinian people and to justify the massacres, atrocities, and war of extermination against defenseless civilians in the Gaza Strip.”

“In view of these gradually emerging facts, the nations, administrations, and organizations that have embraced the false Zionist narrative ought to immediately rescind their statements disparaging our people and their resistance.”

Following the military operation carried out by the Palestinian Resistance Movement, Hamas, in October 2023, rumors circulated about 40 decapitated babies found in the Kfar Aza settlement. Despite the Israeli government confirming this as false, the rumor persisted and was exploited by Israel, the French newspaper Le Monde reported on Thursday.

The disturbing yet baseless claim surfaced in the aftermath of October 7 and continues to circulate, amplifying allegations of Israeli disinformation.

The claim revolved around the alleged discovery of 40 decapitated babies in the Kfar Aza kibbutz. Despite Israeli government confirmation that no such incident occurred, the rumor gained unprecedented traction, even reaching the White House.

“There were never 40 decapitated babies. Not in Kfar Aza nor in any other kibbutz,” Le Monde quoted the Israeli government press office as confirming.

According to the investigation, however, “Israel has done nothing to fight it and has more often tried to employ it for its own purposes than deny it, fueling accusations of media manipulation.”

WCK: IOFs had advance notice of identities of aid workers killed in charity convoy attack

Thursday 4-April-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

The World Central Kitchen (WCK) affirmed that the Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) had advance notice of the names and nationalities of the aid workers killed by Israeli airstrikes while traveling in a three-car charity convoy in Gaza this week.

The WCK stressed that Israeli airstrikes targeted its relief team in Gaza with several strikes, after it knew in advance its plan of action.

The food charity said, in a statement on Thursday, that the IOFs targeted 3 vehicles carrying civilians and killed its employees, stressing that the IOF “knew in advance our itinerary and our relief mission.”

“We have asked the governments of Australia, Canada, US, Poland and United Kingdom to join us in demanding an independent third-party investigation into the attack,” it added.

“This was a military attack that involved multiple strikes and targeted three WCK vehicles,” the food charity said, adding it has asked the Israeli government to preserve all evidence on the April 1, 2024 attack to ensure the integrity of the investigation, stressing that an independent investigation is the only way to determine the truth of what happened, hold those responsible accountable, and prevent future targeting of aid workers.

The Israeli attack targeted WCK charity convoy and killed aid workers holding nationalities of Australia, Canada, Poland, the United Kingdom, and the United States, in addition to their Palestinian colleague, who held dual citizenship.

According to the charity, the aid convoy was bombed as it was leaving the Dair El-Bala'h warehouse, “where the team unloaded more than 100 tons of humanitarian food aid that was brought to Gaza via the sea.”

UN resumes nighttime aid operations in Gaza

Friday 5-April-2024

NEW YORK, (PIC)

The United Nations will resume its nighttime aid operations in Gaza on Thursday after pausing them for 48 hours following Israel’s Monday night strikes that killed seven humanitarian workers from World Central Kitchen.

“We had to pause, regroup, and reassess all sorts of factors. There is, I’m told, the convoy heading out tonight, which will hopefully make it to the north,” UN spokesperson Stéphane Dujarric said.

According to Dujarric, the World Health Organization reached two hospitals in Gaza City on Thursday.

WHO teams have spoken to patients at Al Shifa Hospital, but have not yet been able to travel there. Patients described dire conditions during the Israel army’s operation at Al Shifa with no food, water or medicine available, according to the WHO, he added.

Gaza Municipality warns: Waste accumulation and harmful insects worsen skin diseases

Thursday 4-April-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

Gaza Municipality has renewed its warnings about the danger of the spread and expansion of skin diseases due to the increasing proliferation of insects resulting from the aggression and extermination war committed by Israel in the Gaza Strip, as well as the accumulation of waste in the streets and the overflow of sewage into a rainwater collection pool in Al-Shaikh Radhwan neighborhood.

The municipality emphasized in a press statement on Thursday that the accumulation of more than 90,000 tons of waste in the streets and the destruction of the infrastructure in the city, along with the shutdown of sewage stations, has led to the leakage of wastewater into the streets, causing a significant increase in the spread of harmful mosquitoes.

It explained that the lack of necessary insecticides and high temperatures have led to an increase in the spread of insects, “resulting in an increase in skin diseases among children and adults, as well as sleep disturbances due to mosquito bites.”

The municipality called on local and international institutions and organizations, especially the Environmental Quality Authority, the World Health Organization, and all relevant entities, to help combat insects and limit their spread.

It mentioned that the aggression and extermination war carried out by the Israeli occupation army since October 7 last year has caused a major health and environmental disaster in Gaza City, as well as fuel depletion, resulting in a paralysis of the municipality’s work and a disruption of essential services, particularly waste collection, sewage, and water services.

The Israeli occupation army continues its aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7th, with American and European support, as its aircraft bombard the vicinity of hospitals, buildings, towers, and the homes of Palestinian civilians, destroying them over the heads of their inhabitants, while also preventing the entry of water, food, medicine, and fuel.

'Hamas: Israel’s crimes against Palestinian prisoners reveal its brutality, Nazism

Friday 5-April-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

'Hamas Movement said that the Hebrew daily Haaretz’s report on the harsh living conditions of Palestinian prisoners reveals “the criminal Nazi entity’s brutality and sadism against our people.”

In a press release on Thursday, the Movement said that the Israeli occupation forces were clearly violating international humanitarian law by arresting civilians and transferring them from shelter and displacement centers to an undisclosed location.

'Hamas called on international human rights organizations—particularly the International Committee of the Red Cross—to fulfill its obligations and to disclose the whereabouts of Palestinian prisoners held in Israeli occupation jails.

'Hamas also demanded immediate action to shield the detainees from the horrifying abuses they are experiencing.

The Movement emphasized the necessity for the UN and the international community “to apply pressure on the release of prisoners from occupation prisons and to hold the fascist entity’s leaders accountable for their crimes against our Palestinian people.”

Earlier Thursday, Haaretz Hebrew newspaper revealed that a doctor at the field hospital set up at the Sde Teiman detention center to hold arrested Gazans described conditions that he said could compromise the inmates’ health and put the government at risk of violating the law.

“Two prisoners had their legs amputated due to handcuff injuries,” said the doctor who described deplorable conditions and violations of medical ethics and the law in a letter sent last week to Israel’s war minister, health minister, and attorney general.

He was proclaimed dead upon his arrival at the hospital.

Alarm sirens were sounded in the Nour Shams camp after special Israeli forces infiltrated the camp.

Subsequently, a large number of Israeli forces stormed the camp, accompanied by a military bulldozer, amid intense flight of reconnaissance aircraft.

Local sources reported that the IOFs kidnapped the young man, 'Imad Al-Bal'awi, after besieging his house, which led to the outbreak of armed clashes.

PPS: 270 Palestinian women kidnapped by Israeli occupation forces in the West Bank since October 7

Thursday 4-April-2024

RAMALLAH, (PIC)

The Palestinian Prisoner Society (PPS) announced that the Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) escalated systematic kidnapping operations against Palestinian women after the start of the war on Gaza on October 7, the most recent of which was the kidnapping of the two sisters of martyr A'hmed Ghaidan from Ramallah. Both are mothers in their fifth month of pregnancy.

In a statement on Thursday, the PPS said that the IOFs kidnapping campaigns among women affected minors, students, wives of detainees or martyrs, elderly women, mothers, and even breastfeeding mothers.

The PPS explained that the number of kidnappings among women after October 7 climbed to about 270 women kidnapped from various areas in the West Bank, including some Gazan women, Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), and 1948 Occupied Palestine.

The majority of the kidnapped women were accused of charges related to incitement on social media platforms, which has become the most frequent pretext used by the Israeli occupation apartheid regime forces to kidnap Palestinian citizens after October 7.
