While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (October 7, 2023-Fruary 26, 2024), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the
land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verb "abduct" than the verb "detain," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.

'Hamas: Israel’s operation in central Gaza “part of its genocidal war on our people”

Saturday 13-April-2024,

GAZA, (PIC)

The 'Hamas Movement has condemned the Israeli occupation army’s new operation in Al-Nusayrat refugee camp in central Gaza, describing it as “part of its ongoing genocidal war on the Palestinian people.”

“For two days, the camp has been exposed to a barbaric attack that targeted civilian facilities and citizens’ homes, resulting in dozens of martyrs and wounded people,” Hamas said in a statement on Friday.

“This fascist operation is a clear reflection of the Zionist disregard for all international and judicial resolutions that demand an end to the criminal genocidal war on the Gaza Strip,” Hamas underlined.

'Hamas added that this operation “is being carried out with full support of the US administration that continues to supply the criminal Zionist occupation army with all military and political means and protection from international prosecution.”

The Movement called on the international community and the UN to work immediately to force the Israeli occupation regime to stop its aggression and war crimes in Gaza.

'Hamas spokesman Abdul Latif al-Qanu: Permanent ceasefire is the key to any agreement

Friday 12-April-2024,

GAZA, (PIC)

Permanent ceasefire is the key factor to reaching an agreement with Israel on Gaza, Hamas spokesman Abdul Latif Al-Qanu said in a statement on Thursday evening.

He added in a press statement that “our priority in the ongoing negotiations process is the unconditional return of all displaced citizens to their homes and a complete withdrawal of Israeli forces from the Gaza Strip.”

The vast destruction in Gaza only reflects the Nazism and fascism of the Israeli occupation entity and its inability to achieve any of its goals, Qanu underlined.

Prolonging the war of annihilation and starvation will not enable Israel to achieve victory or achieve any of its goals, the 'Hamas spokesman said, adding, “The criminal occupation did not heed any of the international laws and documents nor even human values, which necessitates prosecuting it for the genocide it is still committing.”

Gazans facing growing health hazards due to waste and sewage

Saturday 13-April-2024,

GAZA, (PIC)

The Gaza municipality warned on Saturday that diseases are spreading due to waste pile-up and sewage overflow as a result of Israeli genocidal war against the Gaza Strip.

In a statement on X, the municipality said that 90,000 tons of garbage and the mixture of overflowing sewage and rainwater in Gaza’s streets would lead to growing health problems among the citizens.

Health officials in Gaza have been warning for a while of the increasing threat of infectious diseases as access to food and medicine supplies remains impeded.

UN and international organizations have also been sounding the alarm about the catastrophic impacts of poor sanitation and the health care system collapse in Gaza on the population.

Waterborne diseases are spreading in Gaza due to the lack of clean water and rising temperatures, according to the UN humanitarian coordinator in Gaza.

“It is becoming very hot there,” Jamie McGoldrick told reporters via video link from Jerusalem on Friday. “People are getting much less water than they need and; as a result, there have been waterborne diseases due to lack of safe and clean water and the disruption of the sanitation systems.”

“We have to find a way in the months ahead of how we can have a better supply of water into the areas where people are currently crowded at the moment,” he said, after making his final visit to Gaza at the end of his three-month assignment.

Contaminated water and poor sanitation are linked to diseases, such as cholera, diarrhea, dysentery and hepatitis A, according to the World Health Organization.

PGMO condemns Israeli attack on Palestinian journalists

Friday 12-April-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

The Palestinian Government media office (PGMO) in Gaza has condemned an Israeli attack earlier on Friday on a vehicle carrying three journalists in central Gaza’s Al-Nusayrat refugee camp.

“We strongly condemn the ongoing targeting of journalists and media crews by Israeli occupation forces,” it said in a statement.

The Israeli occupation forces are “deliberately killing and wounding journalists in an attempt to scare, threaten, and prevent reporters from carrying out their duties, as well as to stifle the truth,” it said.

At least 140 journalists and media representatives have been killed since October 7, according to the GMO.

On Friday, three journalists were injured in an Israeli airstrike in Al-Nusayrat refugee camp, in the central Gaza Strip.

Photojournalist Sami Shi'hada lost his right foot during the Israeli bombing.

The attack is not the first of its kind against Palestinian journalists since the start of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip on October 7.

PFB condemns German police raid on Berlin Conference to silence solidarity with Palestine

Saturday 13-April-2024

LONDON, (PIC)

“We are appalled to see that German police have stormed into a conference in Berlin organized in solidarity with the Palestinian people, the Palestinian Forum in Britain (PFB) said in a statement on Friday.

It added, “There are reports of 2,000 policemen being mobilized to surround and attack the conference. They have attempted to stop the conference from being live streamed. At least one speaker, Ghassan Abu Sitta from Britain has been detained at Berlin airport.”

The conference is organized by a broad coalition of German and European groups calling for an end to the genocide in Gaza.

“The police action represents a shocking attack on the Palestine movement and an assault on basic rights of free speech,” the statement elaborated.

The statement added, “It comes in the context of appalling levels of repressive acts by German authorities over many years, seeking to silence Palestinian voices and those advocating for the Palestinian people. Germany’s complicity in supporting Israel’s genocide in Gaza has led to it being reported by Nicaragua to the ICJ. It was this history of complicity that the Conference was seeking to address.”

“We condemn the police actions and demand that the conference is allowed to go ahead without further harassment,” the PFB concluded.

Germany cancels pro-Palestine event, bars entry to Gaza war witness

Friday 12-April-2024

BERLIN, (PIC)

Police in Berlin interrupted and cancelled a pro-Palestine conference soon after it started, hours after one of the main speakers said authorities held him up at the airport and prevented him from entering Germany.

Officers initially halted the Palestine Congress because another speaker was subject to a ban on political activity in Germany, police wrote on the social media platform X on Friday.

Police did not give the name of the speaker, but participants in the congress wrote on X that it was Palestinian researcher Salman Abu Sitta.

Police later wrote on X that they had banned the remainder of the conference, which was being attended by about 250 people and due to last until Sunday.

They said there were risks that the same speaker would be invited to talk again, accusing him of having made “anti-Semitic” statements in the past.

On the Congress’s website, the organizers denounce Israel’s crimes in Gaza, saying: “Together, with the voices of the Palestinian movement and the international community, we will denounce Israeli apartheid and genocide. We accuse Germany of being complicit.”

Berlin police said they had dispatched 930 officers, including reinforcements from other regions of Germany, to secure the event.

One of the main speakers, Ghassan Abu Sittah, a British Palestinian doctor, had earlier been denied entry into Germany to attend the event, he said.

“The German government has forcibly prevented me from entering the country,” Abu Sittah posted on X.

The doctor, who volunteered in Gaza hospitals during the first weeks of Israeli war on Gaza, said he arrived at Berlin airport on Friday morning before being stopped at passport control, where he was held for several hours and then told he had to return to the UK.

There was “pressure from the federal government” to cancel the Palestine Congress, organizer Samour said in press statements, adding that Germany was “actively and illicitly” trying to impede the event.

She also accused Berlin of intentionally delaying the start of the congress, citing technical reasons as a pretext.

“The congress could not be banned. Freedom of assembly protects the congress, which is precisely why the police came up with all sorts of harassment,” she said.

The crowd waiting to enter the hall on Friday chanted slogans including “Viva, Viva Palestine” and “Germany finances, Israel bombs”. Some waved Palestinian flags outside the building.

Protesters and critics have accused authorities of violating democratic freedoms of speech and assembly with the crackdowns.

Killing, Injuring, and Abduction of Palestinians in the West Bank by Israeli Occupation Regime Forces

Palestinian killed, 18 injured, in Israeli settler attack on a West Bank town

Friday 12-April-2024,

RAMALLAH, (PIC)

A Palestinian young man was killed and at least 18 others were injured as illegal Israeli Jewish settlers rampage in the occupied West Bank town of Al-Mughayyir on Friday afternoon.

A group of armed illegal Israeli settlers have launched a fierce attack on the village, attacking dozens of Palestinian homes and vehicles and injuring several locals.

Deputy Chairman of the Al-Mughayyir Village Council, Marzouq Abu Na'eem, affirmed that 1500 settlers stormed the villages and set 40 homes and vehicles on fire.

Hebrew media sources reported that the settlers were searching for a missing 14-year-old settler who was herding sheep in the Palestinian territories near Al-Mughayair on Friday morning.

The Israeli forces have provided cover to the settler attack on the village, using live ammunition and teargas bombs on local residents.

The killing of the Palestinian youth identified as Jihad Abu Aliya came after an Israeli raid overnight killed two other Palestinians in the West Bank.

Palestinian health officials said more than 460 Palestinians have been killed in the West Bank by Israeli occupation forces since the start of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip.

IOFs kidnap Palestinians, settlers launch new attack on a West Bank village

Saturday 13-April-2024

WEST BANK, (PIC)

The Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) kidnaped at dawn Saturday a number of Palestinian citizens, mostly workers, during raids in the West Bank, amid clashes and renewed settler attacks in some areas.

According to local sources, the IOFs kidnaped about 20 workers from Gaza during a raid on a hall in Idhna town in western al-Khalil.

Thousands of workers and patients from Gaza had been detained and abused by the IOFs in the West Bank in recent months after they failed to return to the war-torn and besieged coastal territory.

In Qalqilya, Israeli forces stormed the city at dawn, detained and interrogated a number of local youths before releasing them, and clashed with others.

In Jenin, the IOFs carried out raids on several villages, including Rummanah, Zububa, Aneen and Tayba, and interrogated local residents, with no reported arrests.

In Ramallah, one young man was injured by gunfire and two others by teargas grenades during clashes last night with Israeli forces in Kafr 'Ain village.

In Bethlehem, the IOFs kidnaped one young man from his home in Al-Masara village.

Meanwhile, dozens of  the illegal Israeli extremist Jewish settlers gathered near Baitillu village in the northwest of Ramallah, amid fears of their intents to launch attacks in the area.

Last night, five Palestinians were injured in a new settler attack on Abu Fala'h village in the northeast of Ramallah.

The Red Crescent said that its ambulance crews provided medical assistance for five wounded citizens after they were savagely beaten by settlers in the village.

The same settlers, who stormed the village aboard a vehicle holding a Palestinian registration plate, opened fire at homes and other citizens who tried to fend them off.

On Friday evening, a citizen suffered fractures after a horde of settlers attacked the same village, where they also burned at least 12 cars, four agricultural structures and five motorcycles.

A young man was killed and 25 others were injured by live ammunition on Friday when settlers escorted by soldiers attacked Al-Mughayyir town near the village of Abu Fala'h.
