"Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul, unless for a soul, or for corruption in the land, it is as if he had killed humankind entirely" (The Holy Quran, Al-Ma-ida, 5: 32).

By the Time Jesus started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

Israeli Missiles Kill 315 Palestinians In Gaza

On Saturday dawn, as the Israeli army continued to fire hundreds of missiles and shells at homes and buildings in the Gaza Strip, including a busy marker in the Nusayrat refugee camp in central Gaza, 315 Palestinians were killed, and 1788 were injured.

The Health Ministry has confirmed that the extensive Israeli bombing Saturday has killed 315 Palestinians, including 90 children, and injured 1788, mainly women and children.

It added that 2215 Palestinians, including 724 children and 458 women, have been killed, and 8714 Palestinians, including 2450 children and 1536 women, have been injured as the Israeli onslaught on Gaza entered its eighth day.

Several Palestinians, including many children and women, were killed, and many were injured when the army fired missiles into the market of the Nusayrat refugee camp.

The Israeli army also fired missiles and shells at homes and buildings along the western coastal area of Khan Younus in southern Gaza, in addition to the extensive bombardment of all areas along the eastern areas of southern Gaza.

At least five Palestinians were killed and eleven injured by Israeli missiles that struck a home for the Al-Agha family in the center of Khan Younis.

The Israeli army also fired four missiles at a building near the Al-Maghazi refugee camp in central Gaza.

Many missiles were also fired into areas west of Gaza City, Sheikh Radhwan neighborhood, north of Gaza City, causing many casualties.

At least five Palestinians were killed and many injured when the army fired missiles into the Skafi area in Bait Lahia, in northern Gaza.

Palestinian medics and rescue teams continue to search under the rubble of bombarded homes and buildings.

In addition, the army fired missiles a convoy of vehicles carrying of hundreds of civilians trying to flee the northern and central parts of the Gaza Strip to seek shelter in the southern parts of the coastal region after the army ordered more than 1.1 m Gazans to leave their homes and cities. 

Ahmad Muhanna, the head of the Al-'Awdah Hospital in Jabalia, in northern Gaza, said the Israeli army ordered the full evacuation of the hospital in preparation for bombing it.

Muhanna added that the hospital is not the only medical center that received such orders to evacuate.

He also said that the hospitals cannot evacuate the patients, especially due to the large number of Palestinians hospitalized in various units, including surgery wards and intensive care wards.

Al-'Awda Hospital is a small private medical center that only includes seventy beds and various clinics for outpatients.

The Health Ministry said Israeli missiles and shells have killed at least 1900 Palestinians, including 614 children and 370 women, while the number of injured Palestinians is about 7696, mainly children and women.

At least 2,215 Palestinians were killed in Israeli air attacks on Gaza, including 724 children and 458 women, the Palestinian Health Ministry said on Saturday morning.

8,714 people were further injured, including 2,450 children and 1,536 women, it added.

Health officials in the besieged enclave affirmed that more than 320 Palestinians have been killed in the past 24 hours, including 126 children and 88 women.

Yesterday's death toll included many women and children killed in Israeli air raids on convoys fleeing Gaza City.

For the 8th consecutive day, Israeli warplanes have launched hundreds of air raids on civilian houses and infrastructure in various areas of the Gaza Strip, leading to hundreds of casualties and vast destruction.

The health ministry pointed to an Israeli decision to commit genocide on more than two million people in the Gaza Strip.

The airstrikes have caused the deaths of 200 members of 50 families, 15 health workers, and eight journalists.

The strikes have also targeted 23 ambulances and 15 health institutions, including the Ministry of Health building, the Rimal Clinic, and the International Eye Center.

The situation is further complicated by fuel shortages and electrical outages affecting generators, the ministry added.

Dead and wounded in Israeli shelling of a market area in Nusayrat, other areas in the Gaza Strip

A number of people were killed and others sustained various injuries as a result of an Israeli missile strike on the market area in Nuseirat in the central Gaza Strip, and in different other areas.

WAFA correspondent said missiles fired by Israeli warplanes fell in the Nusayrat market, causing deaths, including children, and wounding others who were rushed to a hospital in the neighboring city of Dair El-Bala'h.

He said Israel renewed its bombardment along the western coast of Khan Younus, south of the Gaza Strip, noting that warplanes and artillery shelled the eastern border of the southern Gaza Strip.

This morning, five people were killed and 11 others were injured in an Israeli missile strike on the house of the Agha family in the center of Khan Younus.

Israeli warplanes also bombed a site near Maghazi refugee camp in the center of the Gaza Strip with about four missiles, completely destroying it.

Warplanes also fired missiles at the areas of Public Security, Al-Karama,, al-Shanti Land, and at the vicinity of al-Safina building, west of Gaza City, as well as a house in Sheikh Radhwan neighborhood, north of Gaza City, where several people were injured and taken to Shifa Hospital.

Five other people were killed and others were injured when a house in the Al-Sukafi area in the town of Bait Lahiya, north of the Gaza Strip, was targeted with three missiles. They were taken to the Indonesian Hospital.

Two bodies were recovered from under the rubble of a house in Rafa'h, south of the Gaza Strip, hit by Israeli missiles, while the search continues for other missing persons under the rubble.

In less than 24 hours, 256 Palestinians killed, including 20 children, in Israeli aggression on Gaza

Gaza hospitals said 256 people, including 20 children, were killed in addition to 1,788 injured in less than 24 hours.

WAFA correspondent said that the occupation warplanes launched a series of raids on the northern and western areas of Gaza City, targeting homes, the vicinity of some hospitals, and residential towers.

The raids were concentrated in the Tal Al-Hawa neighborhood and the Red Crescent’s al-Quds Hospital where hundreds of families took refuge seeking protection from the Israeli bombing.

The warplanes also targeted Al-Rimal neighborhood, the vicinity of Shati refugee camp, and the areas of the Intelligence Towers, Al-Karama, and Al-Fayrouz areas, destroying dozens of homes and residential buildings.

Dozens of missiles also hit the Sudaniya and Al-Wahah areas and the western and northern regions of Beit Lahiya in the northern Gaza Strip under the scorched earth policy.

The occupation aircraft targeted a number of homes in Khan Younus, in the west and east of the city where hundreds of families who were forcibly displaced from the northern Gaza Strip took refuge.

The city of Rafa'h, to the south of the Gaza Strip, was also subjected to dozens of airstrikes, most of which targeted homes, causing deaths and casualties.

WAFA correspondent said Nasser and Abu Yousuf al-Najjar hospitals in the south of the Gaza Strip are no longer able to deal with the wounded after they were damaged by the bombing.

He pointed out that rescue teams and paramedics are facing extreme difficulties in removing the rubble of homes and buildings as they search for survivors under the rubble.

The Ministry of Health yesterday said the number of Palestinians killed in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank had risen to 1,951 since the beginning of the aggression last Saturday.

It said 1,900 were killed in the Gaza Strip, including 614 children and 370 women, while the number of wounded reached 7,696.

In the West Bank, the number killed rose to 51, after 16 people, including children, were killed yesterday, while the number of wounded rose to more than 950.

Al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of the Hamas Movement, announced the deaths of 13 persons of those captured in Al-Aqsa Flood operation, including foreigners, in the Israeli shelling of the Gaza Strip in the past 24 hours.

"13 of the captured persons in the battle, including foreigners, were killed in the intensive Zionist shelling on the northern governorate and Gaza city during the past 24 hours," the Brigades stated in a press release.

The Brigades added: "Six of them were killed in the northern governorate in separate locations, and seven in the Gaza governorate in three different places targeted by the enemy's barbaric shelling." 

Al-Qassam Brigades earlier declared that four of those captured were earlier killed in a similar Israeli shelling.

CNN fake news reporter apologies for saying that 'Hamas beheaded children'

CNN's reporter Sara Sidner apologized for saying that 'Hamas Movement beheaded children' during the Aqsa Flood Operation after failing to approve the claim. 

 Sidner wrote on her X account, formerly known as Twitter: "Yesterday, the Israeli Prime Minister's office said that it had confirmed Hamas beheaded babies and children while we were live on the air. The Israeli government now says it cannot confirm babies were beheaded."

Sidner apologized for the claim and said she "needed to be more careful with my words." 

The Hamas Movement has earlier called on Western media outlets to check for facts before reporting misinformation and fake news from the Israeli occupation’s sources.

Israel orders evacuation of a hospital in Gaza under threat of bombardment

 Israeli occupation forces have threatened the Palestinian Red Crescent's Al-Quds Hospital in Gaza to evacuate their premises, giving them until 4 p.m. on Saturday to leave.

In a statement, the Palestinian Red Crescent expressed its deep concern over this unfair Israeli order, especially that Al-Quds Hospital provides life-saving services to patients and casualties, including those in critical condition in the intensive care unit, infants in the neonatal ward, and hundreds of displaced civilians seeking a safe haven.

The organization emphasized that, given the hospital's essential role, they cannot comply with the Israeli evacuation's order, and will remain bound by their humanitarian mandate to continue delivering services to patients and the wounded.

The Palestinian Red Crescent called upon world leaders, the international community, the United Nations, and the International Red Cross to intervene and ensure the full protection and safety of the organization's facilities, teams, and missions in accordance with international law and the Geneva Conventions.

 Euro-Med: Gaza is facing thirst, campaign of annihilation

Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor expressed on Friday its deep concern about the grave developments resulting from the ongoing Israeli military attacks on Gaza for the seventh consecutive day, and the serious violations against Palestinian civilians.

“Israel is conducting a wide revenge-driven campaign of annihilation against Gaza’s civilians, through its heavy aerial bombardments on residential neighborhoods and the deprivation of water and basic necessities,” Euro-Med Monitor warned in a statement.

The international rights group strongly denounced the Israeli army’s warning to the civilians in northern Gaza to move to the southern parts of the coastal enclave. “This openly constitutes a practice of forcible transfer, falling outside of international law.”

Euro-Med Monitor pointed to a severe shortage of water supplies and essential food items due to a complete blockade on Gaza for seven consecutive days, and the cutting off of humanitarian supplies to its population, around 2.3 million people.

“Gaza currently faces a dire thirst crisis, as Israeli authorities have stopped pumping water from the Mekorot supply line to the Strip as of the first day of its military attack. Desalination plants have also stopped working due to power cuts and fuel depletion,” Euro-Med said.

“The Israeli attacks on most water wells have exacerbated the crisis, greatly reducing the water supply to residential areas.”

Euro-Med Monitor also pointed to a severe shortage of food supplies, including bread, eggs, and vegetables, adding that “international humanitarian organizations are facing immense difficulties in distributing food aid to Gaza’s residents.”

“Nearly half a million people (112,000 families) have been unable to access their food rations since the closure of food distribution centers belonging to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestinian Refugees (UNRWA),” according to Euro-Med’s statement.

Moreover, there has been significant damage to agricultural land and poultry farms due to Israeli attacks, and farmers are unable to access their lands and likely to lose their crops, its statement said.

 Hamas calls for int'l action to protect Gaza hospitals, Israel continues to strangle Gaza, massacres civilians

As the war entered its eighth day, the Israeli occupation army continued on Saturday to tighten its chokehold on the Gaza Strip, amid ongoing deadly and destructive attacks on homes, streets and infrastructures and threats to bomb hospitals.

According to the latest update by the health ministry on Friday evening, the number of Palestinian civilians killed in Israeli attacks has climbed to 1,900 martyrs, including 614 children and 370 women.

Its statement said that the number of wounded civilians in Gaza has risen to 7,696, including 2,000 children and 1,400 women.

Israel’s brutal attacks on Gaza have also destroyed thousands of housing units and civilian facilities and forced nearly half a million to flee their homes since the war started on October 7.

As part of ongoing Israeli war crimes, military aircraft dropped on Friday thousands of leaflets on the northern Gaza Strip ordering residents in that part of the Palestinian territory to evacuate to its southern half as a prelude to wiping out the entire area with bombs.

According to the UN, about 1.1. million people live in northern Gaza, the most densely populated part of the coastal territory.

Meanwhile, at least 70 Palestinian people were killed and around 200 others were injured on Friday in a new Israeli massacre committed against Palestinian families who were forced to flee their homes in northern Gaza.

Eyewitnesses and journalists said that Israeli warplanes bombed three convoys of Palestinian families as they were traveling on roads and seeking shelter in southern Gaza.

More civilians were also massacred in massive Israeli aerial and artillery bombardment on homes in different areas of Gaza last night and on Saturday morning.

In a related development, the administration of Al-'Awda Hospital in Jabalia said that it had received an Israeli military warning ordering it to evacuate the building as a prelude to bombing it.

The administration added that the hospital provides maternity services every half an hour, and its sections and rooms are crammed with wounded citizens.

“We appeal to our humanitarian partners around the world to pressure the Israeli occupation to avoid attacking the health system, which is threatened with collapse to the ongoing aggression,” the administration said.

For its part, the Hamas Movement said that the Israeli evacuation threats against Gaza hospitals are a new Israeli war crime, applauding the courage of medical crews who refuse to leave hospitals.

“The fascist occupation state insists on committing more war and genocidal crimes against our people in the Gaza Strip through carrying out direct attacks on hospitals and health centers,” Hamas said in a statement on Saturday.

Hamas added that the Israeli occupation army ordered the medical staff of Al-'Awda Hospital in northern Gaza to evacuate the building as a prelude to bombing it, stressing that such a threat reflects “the Israeli army’s premeditated criminal intents towards the citizens in Gaza.”

Hamas underlined that Israel’s plan to deprive the Gaza population of their right to receive basic and emergency medical and health services amounts to a war crime under the international humanitarian law.

The Movement emphasized the need for urgent action by the UN and the concerned international organizations to protect the hospitals, and medical and humanitarian personnel and institutions in Gaza against Israeli attacks and crimes.

UNICEF calls for immediate ceasefire in Gaza to protect children

GENEVA, Saturday, October 14, 2023 (WAFA) –

UNICEF Spokesperson James Elder has drawn attention to the hard situation faced by Palestinian children in Gaza, as the Israeli aggression continues to exact a devastating toll on the youngest and most vulnerable, calling for an immediate ceasefire to stop the humanitarian crisis.

"Hundreds and hundreds of children have been killed and injured. Every hour in Gaza, the number of children killed rises. The killing of children must stop," said Elder in a press statement.

Elder painted a grim picture of the injuries children are enduring: "The images and stories are clear: children with horrendous burns, mortar wounds, and lost limbs. And hospitals are utterly overwhelmed to treat them. Yet the numbers keep rising."

Elder expressed UNICEF's concern about the safety of the 1.1 million people, nearly half of whom are children, who have been ordered by Israel to evacuate their homes ahead of an expected ground assault.

"Children and families in Gaza have practically run out of food, water, electricity, medicine, and safe access to hospitals, following days of air strikes and cuts to all supply routes," he warned.

He continued, "Most residents can no longer get drinking water from service providers or household water through pipelines."

NRC and 11 other humanitarian organizations warn of an unprecedented humanitarian crisis in Gaza

OSLO, Saturday, October 14, 2023 (WAFA) - 

The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) and 11 of the world’s largest humanitarian organizations have warned of an unprecedented humanitarian crisis in Gaza amid looming Israeli land incursion.

“We are alarmed by Israel’s call for over a million Palestinians to leave northern Gaza in less than 24 hours,” said the organization in their urgent plea. “Israel must rescind this order immediately.”

They said that demands for the population in its entirety to relocate in such an immediate manner put at risk the lives of those forced to flee particularly since the Israel government has not provided any assurances for their safety while in transit or for the safety of civilians remaining in the Gaza Strip as fighting continues.

Humanitarian agencies operating in Gaza are reporting an unfolding humanitarian crisis on an unprecedented scale. There are not adequate facilities to safely accommodate residents from northern Gaza, and their safety remains jeopardized as Israeli airstrikes persistently target central and southern Gaza.

“A forced relocation without any guarantees of safety or return and without providing for the needs of the protected population, risks amounting to forcible transfer, which is a grave breach of international humanitarian law and codified as a war crime. Israel is bound by international law to ensure the protection of all persons there from harm, and ensure that they are adequately supplied, including by agreeing and facilitating, relief schemes,” said the organizations, calling for the international community “to unequivocally uphold international law and prioritize the protection of civilians to avert further suffering and loss of human life.”

The said world leaders must:

Demand that the Government of Israel immediately rescind its order;

Demand that all parties agree to an immediate cessation of hostilities;

Demand to stop the use of explosive weapons in populated areas in addition to the targeting of civilians, of inviolable UN premises, schools and hospitals where civilians shelter;

Facilitate the provision of essential and life-saving relief assistance, including food, water, and medical supplies and care and access of humanitarian personnel into Gaza; and

Immediately facilitate medical evacuations for children and families who require it in either Egypt, the West Bank or Israel.

EU chief: Blockade on water, food, fuel and medical supplies into Gaza violates international law

BEIJING, Saturday, October 14, 2023 (WAFA) –

The European Union’s High Representative/Vice-President Josep Borrell said yesterday during a press conference in China that Israel’s blockade on entry of water, food, fuel and medical supplies into the besieged Gaza Strip violates international law.

“Creating a blockage on water, food, fuel and medical supplies is not in accordance with the international law,” he said in answer to a question about the EU’s position on this Israeli decision.

“Yes, there is a deep worry about the deteriorating humanitarian situation in Gaza, in particular due to the shortage of water, food and medical supplies, fuel and electricity.”

He described the Israeli army’s call on 1.1 million Palestinian civilians to leave their homes in the northern Gaza Strip and move south as “utterly unrealistic.”

“The expected move[ment]s that they should produce, of a large part of the population – we are talking about 1 million people – must be realistic. And certainly, this is utterly unrealistic, that 1 million people can move in 24 hours,” he said, explaining that this will leave devastating humanitarian consequences.

“About this warning of the Israeli Army for the civilians leaving the north of Gaza, certainly, civilians must be pre-warned. They must be alerted about incoming military operations in order to allow them to leave, which is what Israel has done,” he said, adding, “Yes, it is good to have a warning, but the warning has to be realistic in order to avoid devastating humanitarian consequences.”

Borrell said he supports the United Nations’ efforts to alleviate the situation in Gaza, “including via encouraging the creation of humanitarian corridors and allowing space for much needed humanitarian aid,” stressing, “We will further intensify our engagement with all regional actors and with key international partners in order to provide as much protection as we can to the civilians.”

Killing of Palestinians in the West Bank by Israeli Occupation Regime Forces

Israeli Soldiers Kill 15 Palestinians In West Bank

On Friday, Israeli soldiers killed fifteen Palestinians, including two children, and injured hundreds, some seriously, in several parts of the occupied West Bank during protests against the Israeli war on Gaza and the escalating violations in the West Bank. The army also killed a journalist in southern Lebanon.

Laith Abu Morra, 16, was killed by Israeli army fire in the Al-'Eisawiya town in occupied Jerusalem; many Palestinians were injured.

The soldiers killed, on Friday night, Hussein Mu’taz Mousa, 16, near the Annexation Wall in Bait Liqya town, west of the central West Bank city of Ramallah.
